The staff was very accommodating & helpful when we arrived. It was a great location that allowed us to have the dogs out with us more often than not & made it easy to enjoy the village after a day of outdoor adventures. We would absolutely stay here again.

I loved the location to this place. You could walk out of the front door for this place and it opened right to the main downtown area. I rented 2 dooms and both were clean including the towels and linens. I did find one small tick in the shower but to me, you're in the mountains and is expected. Sadly the downstairs room did not have a working fireplace however they did provide a space heater. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and silverware, including coffee, etc. The beds were comfortable however too high and for my elderly parents, it was not ideal. My dad had to sleep on the couch and my mom needed a chair to climb into the bed. I was not a fan of the bathroom in both rooms being in the bedroom, so my family would have to walk through our room to use the restroom, even while we were sleeping. There's no elevator to 2nd floor so to take my handicap father to the main street I either had to drive him around or walk through the back street to find a way to the front street. The customer service was fantastic and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. So for able bodied folks, this place was great. Just not for us who had my elderly parents with mobility issues.

Perfect location, clean, dog friendly. It was hotter than usual & we were happy to see a portable AC unit & fans as AC wasn't listed on description. Plenty of room for 3 of us.
