Staff was amazing. And Greta. Place needed an overhaul. Picked it due to pool being indoors to workout and swim laps and it was closed. Beds had terrible frame and cut myself pretty deeply on frame sticking out. Furniture was in bad shape.

This property has the shinyest floors of anyplace we have ever stayed. The breakfast was good but they were out of almost everything and we had to ask for them to fill it. They had free food from 5pm-7pm and free water in the lobby. The indoor pool was mirky, so we didn't dare go in it.

There was a soap bar with hair stuck to it in the shower when we arrived. The furniture has either all been chewed on by a dog or is deteriorating. Lasting the metal shower curtain bar fell on my husband while he was in the shower. All that said the bed was soft and the gentleman at the front desk alwas incredibly friendly and he did come to see the shower curtain bar that feel when I called the front desk that night.

Good parking, well lit. Excellent breakfast. Good staff. Very clean. Negatives were old scarred furniture in bedroom and lack of attention to items that needed repair eg shower bar was completely off the wall on one side and shower spigot pipe leaked and sprayed water out of the side.

They did have an indoor pool but we were too busy to use it. Oh, I loved that they had 3 options of fruit... The oranges were so yummy. They had chic fila ice cubes in the ice machines 💜. I would 100 % stay again and encourage others to stay here.

It was just an OK stay. When we entered the room there was a smell. Even though we were on the third floor I thought it smelled like dog. We have been told dogs only on first floor. Then noticed the dehumidifier was full, so not operating. That could’ve been what I was smelling, some must in the room. My husband emptied it. Bed was comfortable room was clean. This carpet in. Hard surface floors are much better in my opinion. Breakfast in the morning was subpar. The waffles were good. However, the scrambled egg sausage and potatoes were not very desirable. Coffee was also from a Machine Very weak even when I selected old option. This was our third stay there. In the past, we were satisfied. However, staying there again.

Staff was super friendly (every single person from cleaning staff, check- in, etc). They could not have been more helpful and just friendly, going out of their way to speak not only to us but our kids each time we entered or left the building. Although they got slammed and had no more vacancy a couple of nights due to a hurricane, their service to current customers already there never slacked. Definitely would stay here again.

The property manger at the desk was a pain. Everytime we walked into the hallway, he watched us like we were doing something wrong. For example: we used "the wrong door" and we "walked our dog in the wrong place outside" he was WAY to far in our business. We also were forced to pay a $35 per dog "pet fee" for our service dogs. We showed them the cards and everything.

The hotel was very clean and nicely kept. The check in was very disappointing. The clerk was rude. She just stared at her computer and ignored 3 guests who needed help. One man dropped a case of Mountain Dew, many cans exploded, she didn't even flinch. He asked for a mop to clean it up, still staring at the desktop she said "yes!, but never got it. He was distressed so I told him "I'm sure there is someone that can be called to mop it up!". I finally asked her if she was ready to check us in. She said "I'm waiting on , and pointed to the man behind me." I said "Then let him know!" We then got checked in! After that it was all good!
