I was greeted with a smiling happy face. It was everything I had hoped for quiet nice bed clean, and the price was right.

There were many problematic issues for someone who is trying to work on business tasks in the room or is impaired. First, no elevator and there were only upper story rooms available even though I was checking in mid-afternoon. Thin walls meant audible noises, music and tvs evident from the neighboring rooms and hallway. I couldn't get the television/remote to work although a staff member came up to supposedly help. Breakfast? There was an attempt but very strange to have a toaster and bread but no butter? No juice, no fruit. Mislabeled breakfast cereal dispensers and both options were sugar-laden, unhealthy stuff that only a kid would eat. Lastly, too many suspicious characters loitering in the parking lot and even the lobby virtually all the time, day and night. No idea what that was about.

Awesome breakfast, kind staff, accommodating, and saved us from staying at another horrible hotel we booked with originally! Will absolutely be back. Loved the shower pressure, biscuits and gravy, low cost for pets staying, and proximity to all things Omaha!

This hotel has been renovated and is clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and nice shower. 2 issues I was frustrated and disappointed about: 1. It was very time consuming and frustrating to change my reservation from 1 bed to 2 beds. I noticed the error and tried to change within a few hours. It took 6 phone calls and over an hour to get it resolved. 2. The food ran short on items...the eggs were not hot and sausage was very greasy. The coffee was mediocre. Invest in a better machine that offers options like latte or expresso.
