I chose the least expensive or second least expensive hotel in Napa on the fly. Booked the hotel three hours later and showed up. It’s a motel, quiet, safe, and has some really nice gardens out front. This is not a four star resort, but it’s functional, in the middle of town, and best of all they don’t seem to use computers. You gotta love that. I don’t think I could stay there with two people for more than one night, but I could stay there alone for multiple nights in a row if I had to.

At one time this may have been cute place to stay, but it’s time has passed. The AC, TV remote, “vineyard” and garden have passed their prime; as well as the overall decor. The photos on the website are not a true depiction of the property.

Staff pleasant and helpful. The room was old, but clean. The AC was quite loud and had trouble keeping up in the heat. The parking lot is TIGHT but there does seem to be *exactly* enough spaces. Water in the rooms was much appreciated, as was the fridge. It felt pricey for what it was, but the location is nice.
