Stayed 1 night

They put us in a room with a bathroom door that wouldn't close because it hit the countertop a foot from the door frame! And the sheets were wrinkled which made me wonder if they were clean. It was close to midnight when we got to the hotel so we didn't ask for a different room but we met some guys in the breakfast room that said their door wouldn't close either. And the breakfast was VERY minimal. I will never stay at a Chevron owned property again.

Stayed 1 night

The first time staying at this particular hotel. The front desk people were nice enough, you could tell that the hotel had been recently updated. When I booked the hotel, I needed a wheelchair accessible room as I am in a wheelchair, when we got to the hotel, we were told the hotel was full, and that there was supposedly not even rooms on the first floor that I could maneuver my wheelchair in. Because supposedly the whole hotel was full. Which I guarantee you it was not full with a whopping 10 cars in the parking lot. Our room could’ve been a little bit cleaner, as there were rappers under the edge of the bed, and the refrigerator needed a good wiping out The room was extremely hot to the point. It was miserable to try and sleep in. I was traveling with my two grandchildren, and when midnight finally rolled around in the room was not any cooler. The last thing I wanted to do was wake my grandchildren up in the middle of the night to move to another room. And the hotel advertises breakfast, it was to say the least a continental breakfast. Only thing the hot you could’ve gotten was toast. So needless to say, it was a not even very good continental breakfast. And had it actually advertised as a continental breakfast we would not have stayed. Next time I will drive the extra 10 miles to a different hotel

Stayed 1 night

Ant infestation. My wife woke up covered in ants. I felt them when I woke as sleeping and went to my truck in the middle of the night. We asked for a refund they said no - you should have asked for a new room. This management sucks. I’m not happy at all. No help from Expedia non help from the insurance I bought no help from Hilton yet…
