Friendly and professional staff; delicious breakfast; clean lobby, hallways, stairways and rooms. The pool area was clean and water nice and warm. Unfortunately, looks like they removed the jacuzzi, but the entire swimming pool is jetted! Rooms offer Dove cucumber products, which I love, including shampoo/conditioner in shower (did not use on this trip). The king bed, blankets and pillows were exceedingly comfortable. Plenty of parking, conveniently located next to 90, local state parks and restaurants. Really love that I can bring my two dogs. Only issue was that people aren't picking up their dog's poop in the large designated grassy area, even though the hotel offers bags and signage requesting people pick it up. Aside from piggish guests, this was a great place to stay. I will return.

Property was very clean. Breakfast was better than a usual hotel breakfast. They dont have enough parking at this motel though. Just one space per room and when fully booked it is a problem. We had a small U Haul trailer and were asked to back it over the curb into the grass or park our vehicle next door. We didnt want to risk damaging our rented trailer or park it next door for fear of it getting broke into.

This hotel is conveniently located near the tollroad but also State Street where a lot of stores are located. Room was large, bed comfortable. Breakfast served my needs. Only one complaint but to me it was a big one: the floor in my room was absolutely filthy. It must have been the carpeting. I wore little white socks in my room and within 15 minutes, the bottoms of my socks were black! I changed socks every day and eventually bought more because if my socks were turning that filthy within minutes, I didn’t want to walk barefoot and then get into bed. Is this because pets are allowed? Clean the carpets and only assign certain rooms for pets.

Room sheets and bedding were clean, the rest not so much. My room must have had a hole in the front wall somewhere as bugs, flies etc were getting in. There was a strong odor in the room from a room freshener, however this did nothing to cover the smell of wet pets and possible mold. I woke up at 2 am and booked a room at another hotel, cutting my stay short by one night. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Room was comfortable...small bathroom but big enough to change clothes in it if necessary...comfy chair to watch TV...fridge and microwave.... shampoo, conditioner, etc provided. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was well stocked right up until the end with lots of choices both hot and cold. Hotel was remodeling so there were areas that weren't perfect...but the rooms were great for the price. Very close to Hard Rock Casino...

Great location and excellent value. It's a bit dated, but that's OK. My only concern is that the tub/showers are really slippery and I didn't know that floor mats were available at the desk until check out. There should at least be a notice in the rooms for senior citizens like us. We used a hand towel on the floor of the shower.

We reserved 4 rooms for a school trip. Front desk clerk was fine upon arrival and check in, but, when we asked if we could use the lobby area and tables for our pizza dinner, we were told no, and the hospitality room was unavailable. We asked if there was a park close by and she said there was only a dog park. She just got rude from that point on. We told her the rooms had a horrid pot smell and she just said it was legal and people can smoke it there (wait, IN THE ROOMS???). Our kids swam in the pool, but right at 10 PM she came in and said it was closed and stood there until they got out and left. The morning clerk was MUCH more pleasant and apologized for the evening clerks rude behavior. The breakfast was good and our kids enjoyed it very much. Other than that, we would not recommend this hotel. They do not accomodate their guests very well, it smells terrible, and I'm not sure the location is the safest place.

After being told upon checkin with my child standing next to me that marijuana smoking wasn’t allowed on the property (while the lobby and elevator reeked of it every time I walked in), I was finally over it on the last night when a group of people, all staying in one room, were in the hallway outside of my room smoking with a screaming infant from midnight until after 2 am. The smell crept into my room under the door and did not go away all night. I tried to call the front desk both from my room phone and my cell phone at the time and got no answer. This morning when I went to check out, I informed them about what had happened and how upset I was. Her response was to hand me my receipt. I said that wasn’t satisfactory and she told me I could wait for her manager to come back. As I had somewhere to be in less than an hour, I asked her to have the manager contact me. She verified my number was correct. No call. I haven’t even mentioned the first room we were put in smelling like mold and the fact that the a/c in the room that we stayed in made so much moisture in the room that our hanging items were damp in the closet across the room.

Decent for the price. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Rooms not at all sound proof; our room was right by the stairwell and door banged loudly everyone someone used it which was very distributive. Bed was really comfortable but pillows were not (they were super small and flat with feathers poking out). Some parts of the breakfast were really good (eggs, bacon, coffee machine) but the sausage was really bad (spoiled). Condiments were minimal; jam/jelly, peanut butter, salsa would have been a nice addition.
