It was false advertisement the pool was out of order the rooms were dirty and out dated the carpet was nasty. We had to switch rooms because the window was broken and didn’t lock. It smell like wet dog in the hotel the ground keep was awful garbage cigarette buds.

Check in staff was not friendly. Our bathroom was in rough shape, chipped paint on the door. The toilet was not clean. The bathtub had a stain on the bottom. The swimming pool was closed. Shady looking people were hanging around in the parking lot.On our arrival there were people checking in that appeared to be a man and two sex workers.Very disappointed in our stay. Felt like we were at a cheap motel. Would not recommend to anyone!!!

Good place. Fair warning airport shuttle costs $5 each way per person runs from 4 am to 11 pm. Gas station and waffle house caddy corner to property but not very well lit area in general. Having said that , very convenient for in and out stay.

Honestly, this place needs to be condemned. There are chunks of the walls missing, plug sockets that spark or don’t work at all. The side doors are all smashed at the locks so they don’t actually close. The rooms smell awful and are full of mold and all sorts of other funk. The ice machine spilled water over the ENTIRE hallway and there was a single towel to “mop” that up. They told us at check in that they didn’t have any housekeeping. There was 1 set of towels in the room for 4. Our door didn’t even lock or have the extra flip safety lock cuz that was broken too. The breakfast is limited to 2 types of cereal, toast and waffles. The juice machine was broken. The coffee was nasty. The parking lot is cracked and pot holes everywhere. wish I had looked at the customer reviews before staying here. The ONLY thing convenient was the fact that it’s 10 minutes from the airport.

Extremely limited breakfast, only cereal, toast, bagels, instant oatmeal and waffles. No fruit, yogurt. The first morning there the hallway carpet had an area about 20 ft long that was soaking wet. There was a sign saying the floor was wet. The carpet was so wet it splashed when we walked through it. It was still that wet later that evening. The property and rooms are in desperate need of updating. The bathtub was stained.

Airport Shuttle out of order, told it wouldn't be repaired until next week (no excuse-Indianapolis is a big city, surely same day service is available somewhere or maybe they should have multiple shuttles in case of break down.) Pool out of order with no signs of intent to clean or repair it (seriously, disgustingly dirty view of pool from my room.) Ice machine out of order, sign stuck to it with what appeared to be chewing gum. TV in exercise room out of order. Will not be staying here again, as I expect none of these issues will actually be addressed given the state of the place and the "can't do" attitude of the staff.

Property is about 15 past its service life. Everything in the room and building is old as dirt. Refrigerator didnt work. There has no elevator!!! Do not expect to eat breakfast here because they don't have much. They opened the door across from where everyone was eating and a roach ran out!!!

This hotel was severely run down. The carpet was disgusting and dirty. The 2nd floor hallway had many water damage leaks, with currently active leaks dripping. The hotel rooms had lots of paint damage wear on all of the doors and walls. Black mold in the tub. We saw active roach activity. The beds didn’t have much for mattress protection from bedbugs and all the pillows were stained yellow from drool. Avoid this hotel at all cost

This hotel should not be connected to the Wyndham chain. We rented 4 rooms at this location for a weekend in Indianapolis. It was extremely run down, the one lobby couch and chair were stained and old. The included breakfast bar was far from being even remotely hygienic. The rooms were extremely dirty, inches of dirt and dust on floors and windows. Cockroach and bugs noted on walls and floor. The linens in each of the rooms were stained with bodily fluids. This was disgusting, and should be shut down. We slept on top of the beds with our clothes on as there was not a hotel that could accommodate our group of 10 (adults and kids) The parking lot had vagrants and persons sleeping in their cars, broken glass everywhere. We left running!

My stay was horrible They have have bed bugs saw one on my bed went to the front desk and they couldn’t accommodate me. They wouldn’t even switch me rooms or anything so I left. Still waiting on my refund from the hotel. Never got to talk to a manager yet but I am going to call everyday until I get my money back. Also still waiting on my deposit money back as well. DONT STAY HERE

The hotel property was disgusting from the lobby to the hallways with garbage thrown down the hallways hair in the bathroom sink all over the shower walls stains on the towels the bed cover had stains on it, mold around the edges of the shower drywall broken off on the bottom of the wall, Hairs on the pillowcases and hair on the sheets as well just overall disgusting

This property is incredibly dirty and does not look like the photos at all. The water smells like rotten eggs, the floor is sticky, the sheets are stained, there are fluids on the TV and mirror, the heater sounds like a door opening every time it shuts off, and the experience is the opposite of relaxing. My sink had a massive crack in it in the shape of an x. The TV remote was broken, so I could not watch TV. The bottom floor is being "renovated", so you can only stay on the top floor. However, the bottom is full of broken and boarded up windows. There is 0 water pressure, and the shower screamed so loud if I wanted hot water that I think it damaged my ears. Want to take a bath? Too bad. The plug doesn't work. There was also a clear gap between my tub and the tile, which ants got in through. You can hear every single thing that goes on in the hallway. The windows are paper thin, so you can practically hear a bicycle as it goes past. I didn't even try the breakfast because based on the cleanliness of my room, I was not about to trust food from them. My best way to describe the "repairs" done to the hotel are think of the "apartment special", then picture ten times worse. You can tell that instead of hiring people who actually know how to do repairs or even watch a YouTube video of how to do it, they just tried to figure it out as they go. If this place sounds too cheap to be true, trust me, you're still paying too much.

I never leave reviews regardless if I liked the hotel or not but there is a first time for everything. Our room was beyond dirty. Probably the dirtiest room I've ever had in a hotel. The bedding was so stained, our socks turned black from walking on the carpet, hair was all in the bathtub that didn't look like it had been cleaned in a few years due to the amount of black soap scum in it, the chair was sticky and slimy, and there were dead bugs in the bathroom. Also, in the hallway was a backseat to a car. Just why? Our lovely view was of the pool that couldn't be used. It 3/4th's drained and had black water with garbage in it and around it. There was no saving graces to this hotel which is a shame because upon entering the hotel, you would think it was nice. It looks nice in the lobby but nowhere else was it nice.

Our sheets literally had bloodstains on them. And the property is infested with bed bugs! We even took pictures. When asked for a refund the manager seemed to know about the bug problem. Literally stay anywhere BUT HERE!!! Keep yourself safe!

Property was dirty and looked worn and old. The bed was out on something that sounded like a filing cabinet every tim we moved. The side door did not close all the way and anyone could have just walked in without a key. Front desk woman was so rude.

Overall the hotel is not bad. The parking lot needs a lot of work. There's considerable concrete damage - the scrape gard on my Corolla took a hit due to a broken drain channel in the middle of the lot that you have to cross to exit/enter the lot. There's an abandoned/collapsing building in the parking lot (old restaurant?) that's about the only view you'll get from half the rooms. The lobby looks fairly well kept, clean, and smelled nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The outer doors leading from the rooms to the parking lot need repairs, but they're secure. The stairwells that connect to the hotel hallways need to be repaired and updated. The hallways themselves were decent, and clean. The room was clean, and the carpet looked fairly new. Plaster damage on the walls at the wall joints, but the room looked like they've been trying to update it. Newer TV, fresh paint on the walls, newer metal bedframes and mattresses. The beds were decently comfortable, but the pillows could stand to be replaced as they were starting to show their age. We checked key areas and found NO signs of bedbugs or pests. The microwave was very loud and didn't work well. We had to move the fridge across the room to another outlet as there were only 2 plugs in the outlet where they had it, which were occupied by the TV and microwave. The fridge had to be set to MAX just to get it cold enough to store my insulin over night. With some TLC this hotel could be very nice.

We were moved from a room where the lock didn’t work to another room where the lock didn’t work. The lock on the after hours entry door didn’t work.The bed linen had stains. The bath tub and toilet was dirty. There was only one bath towel in the second room we were given. There was broken glass and trash in the parking lot. The carpet in the room felt sticky and we had guest banging on the door across the hall for several minutes at 3 am! So we did not sleep well at all! The breakfast area was very small and they only had Styrofoam plates, cups and bowls, so you could not have made yourself any eggs or oatmeal, if you wanted to.

Run-down property located in industrial area. Two of the loudest, obscenity-filled, and sleepless nights I've ever experienced in any hotel. Based on the frequency and volume of screaming it seems these 'guests' were full time residents sharing beds among multiple rooms. Gym completely dysfunctional, TV didn't work, even the roadside sign was unlit at night?? Staff failed to notify me of package arrival, so I missed delivery while there.

This motel is not very well-maintained. It wasn't up to the standards I usually see in La Quinta. There was a broken window right next to the motel's front door. The paint around that door was all chipped and gross-looking. The carpet on the stairs to the second floor was torn to the point that you could see the wood underneath. This hotel is typical for what it is. A cheaper hotel. Though it is a decent hotel for the price, it has all the same noticeable things among hotels like it. Some issues in the bathroom are a fan not working, damaged walls, or poor workmanship when constructing the room. There was not a safe in the room. I have even rented one of the extra-spaced suites that didn't have any extra furniture. So no desk/workstation and no lounge chair or couch. only had a bed, nightstand, and TV stand that was it.

The room did its job as a place to sleep. Nothing special. The service was the biggest conplaint. At check in, no one was at the counter for 10 minutes. Once they arrived, they took 20 minutes to check me in. I was informed I used a master card to book the room (i do not own one). This prompted them to not listen to me but instead make phone calls about it to someone else. Then they wanted my card again, even after showing them my confirmation and reciept. I understand that at times they need it to put a hold, but this seemed a bit off. The room was ok. Comforter and sheets had stains but were washed. Coffee maker was filthy and had a salt packet broken in it. At checkiut, again there was no one to get a reciept from. I dont plan to stay there again, but I know I paid less than other hotels, and this is the risk posed with that.

The lady at the front desk was very rude for beginners she had a nasty attitude before she even helped us the guy in front of us was given the wrong room his coworker was given a room that was dirty another guy was given the wrong room by mistake that was dirty and then when we finally got up there she was very rude to us the whole time kept giving us attitude and dirty looks and was on her phone let's say it this way she was on her phone more than what she was doing her job. When I had originally called to see about staying there I was told there was no deposit then I get there and I get told oh yeah there is a deposit except she was very rude about it if someone would like to call me at 317-557-6999 I would be more than happy to tell whoever what happened honestly I feel I deserve a whole refund the whole state was terrible and that's putting it nicely at best

Charges were misrepresented. Online booking charged me and then hotel charged me again and added a $100 deposit that was not communicated through their online information. Staff was arguing publicly when I arrived and continued their fight for several minutes while I waited to check in. We decided not to stay there but couldn’t cancel the booking at the desk because I had made the reservation on line. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Easily found a better priced, safer and more pleasant atmosphere at Comfort Inn a few blocks away

Their hotel policy not the greatest… we are fully paid upon reservation with hotel.com and yet they are requiring us for deposit payment of $100 into our credit card even though they said it will be refunded after couple days! The hotel was overall good for the money. But upon check in $100 deposit was required. Called for towels Saturday morning was told would have them by 1pm. Never recieved them. Took 4 days after check out to recieve deposit back.

Shady looking people were hanging around in the parking lot.On our arrival there were people checking in that appeared to be a man and two sex workers.Very disappointed in our stay. Felt like we were at a cheap motel. Would not recommend to anyone!!!

Overall the hotel is not bad. The parking lot needs a lot of work. There's considerable concrete damage - the scrape gard on my Corolla took a hit due to a broken drain channel in the middle of the lot that you have to cross to exit/enter the lot. There's an abandoned/collapsing building in the parking lot (old restaurant?) that's about the only view you'll get from half the rooms. The lobby looks fairly well kept, clean, and smelled nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The outer doors leading from the rooms to the parking lot need repairs, but they're secure. The stairwells that connect to the hotel hallways need to be repaired and updated. The hallways themselves were decent, and clean. The room was clean, and the carpet looked fairly new. Plaster damage on the walls at the wall joints, but the room looked like they've been trying to update it. Newer TV, fresh paint on the walls, newer metal bedframes and mattresses. The beds were decently comfortable, but the pillows could stand to be replaced as they were starting to show their age. We checked key areas and found NO signs of bedbugs or pests. The microwave was very loud and didn't work well. We had to move the fridge across the room to another outlet as there were only 2 plugs in the outlet where they had it, which were occupied by the TV and microwave. The side doors are all smashed at the locks so they don’t actually close. The rooms smell awful and are full of mold and all sorts of other funk. The ice machine spilled water over the ENTIRE hallway and there was a single towel to “mop” that up. They told us at check in that they didn’t have any housekeeping. There was 1 set of towels in the room for 4. Our door didn’t even lock or have the extra flip safety lock cuz that was broken too. The breakfast is limited to 2 types of cereal, toast and waffles. The juice machine was broken. The coffee was nasty. The parking lot is cracked and pot holes everywhere. wish I had looked at the customer reviews before staying here. The ONLY thing convenient was the fact that it’s 10 minutes from the airport.

The room was okay but the hotel is in disrepair. We stayed a Tuesday evening and there might have been 10 cars in the parking lot. The 'Courtesy' shuttle from the airport to the hotel is $5 . Would have been nice to know that when I asked about the day before. It took almost an hour for them to get to the airport as the shuttle had a flat tire and they had to use the hotel's car. The breakfast consists of cereal and waffles. They didn't server anything hot. Disappointing. The price is right but I would spend another $20-$30 and stay elsewhere next time.

Extremely limited breakfast, only cereal, toast, bagels, instant oatmeal and waffles. No fruit, yogurt. The first morning there the hallway carpet had an area about 20 ft long that was soaking wet. There was a sign saying the floor was wet. The carpet was so wet it splashed when we walked through it. It was still that wet later that evening. The property and rooms are in desperate need of updating. The bathtub was stained.
