You pay for what you get! This place is down right disgusting. At a glance its deceiving! There is no walk in lobby, no drink vending machines, the air was off when you first enter the room, the bathroom window was open, there was no door knob on the bathroom door, our window could have been pushed out with force (no seal holding it firm, it literally pushed out on the top right side letting in outside air) the mini fridge was not cold but somehow was cold enough to make ice during the night where it fell and then melted out onto the tile floor, live roach and dead roach, cigarette burnt bed sheet, second story railing wobbled when touched, all floors are slippery if any water present (inside and outside). They also have the audacity to ask for a $20 deposit to ensure no smoking or pets, but the inside looks like something from the hood? Im not kidding when I say you will regret not spending the extra $100 for a much nicer location!!! The pool was atleast clean. Will also mention being next to the roadway makes for loud noise all night if you cant sleep through that kind of thing. Parking is also impossible if the place is full. Lots of "interesting" people hang in the back of the hotel parking lot. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Took overnight trip with my wife. I did not realize it was race weekend and booked one of the last rooms available in DB at the San Marina. I was pleasantly surprised after reading many not so good reviews. The check in went well and the staff were very polite & nice. Yes the hotel is dated but the room was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. We enjoy the DB nightlife and restaurants. Hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the boardwalk and about 10minutes to Sebring St. We would definitely stay again. Free parking was on site.

My hotel key quit working and there was no staff on site to replace it. No answer on the hotel phone number. I had to sleep on a beach chair by the pool. The staff refused to refund my room or aknowledge the error. Never again.

The room was good and the property was close to the beach and tons of food and shopping. We had to call the desk to get someone to check us in and the office is not 24 hours so we had to leave the key in a mailbox outside of the office. Pool was good as well.

the motel room was clean though the mattresses did have some marks but was mainly on the box spring. service was straight forward and got me to my room quick. tho the key card was down at first took me a while to get my key card. the only issue i really had was parking. you had to get a spot early as possible because the parking lanes are so few and stacked together. its not amazing but its not bad either. i would stay again if i was on a budget

This property was disgusting and smelt horribly of smoke! There were holes in the walls! Stains on the beds and zero room. The bed sat in front of the dresser with less then a foot In between. There was some shady people hanging outside the room with garbage littered all over the parking lot!!

This was a terrible experience. No sheets on one of the beds; visible dirt on the comforter, as well as between the sheets on the other bed. You get What you pay for. The pool was kept rather clean if you don't pay attention To the empty beer can in half consumed chickens leg residing at the bottom of the pool. Don't expect to get your refundable deposit back. Just don't. The dead roaches on the floor were a nice touch too. Lol. At least they were dead. If you don't keep your expectations too high, you wont be disappointed. Again..you get what you pay for.

Very rough looking hotel, bed was uncomfortable, smelled like cigarrettes and curry, don't expect much here and you'll be fine, they even painted overtop the lightswitches, homemade toilet paper holders rather than just buy a new one, i was like how cheap are the owners never seen that just a block of wood screwed to the wall

The only good thing about this property is a good location. Don't let the photos fool you. It's a run down place. What furniture there is is well worn and looks like it came from 1950. No night tables or lamps - just one big bright light in the center of the ceiling. No soap in the shower. Thin towels. No toilet paper holder. Dark and dingy walls. Can't go into the office - have to communicate from outside through a slot in the window. Opened a drawer and an ant came out. Checked out after 1 night. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

I am disappointed to say none the less the bathroom shower had mold near the ceiling. I have been trying to call and ask if my key had been received prior to my check out. No one was in office at the time I was leaving. As instructed on the front door, I left my key in the drop box and I paid card for the deposit but when I call to assure everything was received and sent back the phone does not ring it runs the long beep and hangs up. I am not mad just disappointed I expected better for a place that was recommended to me.

Room so hot when got in. Everything feel sticking. Ac was off. Took more than half hours to cool the room. Cockroach in the sink, and on the floor. Still not refund my deposited for key. Very poor services. Will not comeback.

Towels and wash cloths were filthy, burn holes in blankets. Floors were filthy and covered in dirt, did not smell clean, smelled like cigarette smoke, had to go and buy sheets just to be able to sleep because none of the bed sheets seemed remotely clean.

Went to complain about the homeless people staying outside the room, they told me they were calling the police. T.V didn't work & no Wifi. I was told by the desk that I had unplugged the TV and that wifi was not included it was just complimentary. Originally booked a smoking room but was told I was upgraded to a non-smoking b/c they didn't have any other rooms. Soon after Police trespassed me.

Needs a noise ordinance! Other guests can stay in center patio area until 3am drinking, talking and playing music without any recourse. Office closes at 10pm so they don’t have to deal with it…reopens at 10am.

When checking in, firstly, it was difficult to find the office, had to park around the corner. Then the man gave me the third degree. As a single woman checking in alone, it was a bit off putting. Then the room itself was adequate, but about 40 years out of date. I needed a place to sleep for one night.

The TV did not work and there was no one available for me to tell when I tried. They took my deposit and told me the next morning I would have it back in 3-4 days... The refund appeared in my account as a pending transaction, but then the very next day it was gone completely. No money returned and no more pending transaction. Now I can't get anyone on the phone and I NEED that money for gas in my car

I made a mistake and booked one day after my arrival, however when I got there the front desk person was very nice and work with me to work with the website to change my booking because normally you can’t change same day. That in itself was awesome. The hotel room was what I was looking for in walking distance from everything I did not expect it to have a refrigerator or microwave but it did so that was a plus. I will definitely stay again when I go back to the beach.

The only good thing about this property is its location for the price. Im assuming a couple own it and the woman is not friendly at all. The man is much better. It is what it is for the price i guess, but we left a bag and called the next day, like 21 times with no answer so my husband drove up there, 45 minutes away, and he asked the lady if that was the correct phone number and she said yes and he asked why do they not answer the phone then and explained about the bag, she said she doesnt kno she will have to get the cleaners and ask and she walked away and didnt return. My husband found the cleaner and asked about his bag and thank goodness that person is an honest person bc he had our bag, but we will not return here. Plus they talk to you through a window, there is no lobby, so kinda weird.
