Well, the breakfast isnt a breakfast at all. Be mindful of that. And if you are looking for a place with a pool, this is not the one. Closed for the season. Expedia tells you none of this. The room was great though. Bed was comfy and the room was clean.

That has to be the tiniest elevator I've ever been on in a hotel/motel/inn/B&B! It was very difficult for 2 people with suitcases to fit and/or maneuver. Whenever I travel with my aging father, it's really nice to be able to travel in the same elevator...this one made it difficult. LOVED the rooftop deck...was able to see the sun rise above the lake. Accessibility to local attractions and restaurants was EXCELLENT! The diner at the bottom of the hill (IKAROS) had INCREDIBLE selection and SUCCULENT FOOD! VERY worth the money paid...and have actually RAVED about this place to all my friends/family who have upcoming travel plans in the area. No breakfast served is kind of a downer...the bag selections are not diabetic friendly so we ended up passing on it, but some people need to take morning medications and need food to do so. Might need to reconsider these choices for future travelers.

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool, unfortunately the pool is seasonal. I had two small children that spent the day riding in the car with hopes to swim.

Everything at the hotel, including staff, were fine. However we had booked the overnight only for the purpose of a one-day escape from the city to a place with an indoor pool where our kids could swim. When we arrived they said the pool had been closed for the season. If there’s no pool, especially for the next 6 months as indicated by the front desk staff, it shouldn’t be advertised as an amenity.

I wasn't aware that the hotel was pet friendly, but there were no odors or disturbances. I would come back with or without my pet. I really enjoyed the front balcony and beautiful view. The only suggestion I have is to utilize the breakfast room by actually having breakfast - at least there was coffee.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming not just to me but to my dogs too. My boy was greeted with a treat upon check in. The location was great and near many different retail stores. I will be adding this hotel to my favorite list for future stays.

Although this is an older property, the room was extremely clean. I did not check in until closet to 10 pm the evening of 4/26 and there was an issue with my reservation, my fault totally! I had inadvertently confirmed my stay for the night before. The gentleman at the front desk ( his name escapes me) was very accomodating, professional and understanding. The next morning (4/27) I spoke with the desk clerk on duty about the mistake I had made and she refunded my money for the night of 4/25. She was also very nice to do that. Whenever in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was professional, however the room left a lot to be desired. It smelled of old cigarette smoke, even though it was a no smoking room. The bed was lumpy and the small pillows were just horrible to sleep with. The bathroom was not very clean and the tub had a large stain in the middle. The towels were small and yellowed. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked a room along with other families for a baseball tournament with children. First room that we were given reeked of urine. Upon bringing this to the staff attention we were provided with another room, thankfully. 2nd evening, there was questionable activities occurring in the common areas with young girls walking around that did not seem to be guests of the hotel, along with a woman who seemed to be in charge of them. A few parents were kicked out of the upstairs lounge due to complaints that we were being too loud, but rather it seemed that we were interrupting whatever business was attempting to occur. Rather than make a formal complaint, as the staff seemed to be urging us to leave the area, we sent our children to the rooms and retired for the evening. Definitely something sketchy happening in this place, and the night staff seemed to be in the know.

Half size pillows were awful. Carpet had long lasting stains in it. Should be replaced. Bring your own towels. Hotel towels are the thinnest I’ve ever experienced. Overall not a great stay.

Not bad for a short stay. Plenty of amenities close by. Place smelled like weed constantly. Standard king room felt small compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. Bed was plenty comfortable. Second floor ceilings were low, I’m tall so you feel a bit boxed in. Again, all tolerable for an overnight stay.

I have stated at this property several times before without incident. On our recent trip we didn’t arrive to the the hotel until close to 5 find the AC has not been turned on all day and the room never cooled down. We asked to switch room and that one wasn’t any better. Spend the entire night huddled around a barely working AC unit and got barely any sleep. Will be looking for a different place to stay when I come to this area from now on.

Despite listing a shuttle service to/from the airport, we called and called and the front desk never picked up. Eventually we took an Uber. Thankfully they re-imbursed us but what a waste of time. The staff were good about it.

Upon arrival five of five observed staff were all scrolling on their phones. The gentleman that checked me in actually did not stop scrolling until I spoke up and said I'm here to check in. It's a one and a half star property with a one and a half star staff. Not going back.

Everything was okay to 3:00 in the morning where police officers we're knocking on the door hard for me to open the door I call the front desk no one answered the police were almost about to knock the door down I didn't know what was going on for 10-15 minutes I called the front desk and no one picked up after the police decided to leave someone in the front desk picked up the phone the lady told me they didn't know what was going on she didn't have an answer for me in the morning when I checked out spoke to the manager explain what happened they said they was going to review the cameras and call me or send me a text to let me know what was going on I never received a response back will never ever stay in this hotel ever again not safe

It says its .7 from the airport which is true, however that's as the crow flies, thus what I thought would be a relaxing walk turned into a no sidewalk 3 mile journey.

It was exactly what you would expect for the price point. The room was hot and the AC only went down to 70 and we usually sleep at 67 so that was disappointing. Pillows weren’t great. Express bagged breakfast was convenient and good. A muffin, granola bar and trail mix

Advertised breakfast but still have minimal Covid grab and go bag. Stated they had 24 hour coffee. It was true, but I filled my travel mug to find out later it was old cold coffee. I recommend paying a little more for a better place.

Receptionist was friendly and very helpful. King-size bed was very comfortable. Doesn’t have full catering, just tea/coffee and a light 'breakfast bag' but there is a diner next door where we had an excellent dinner and full breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

The ad on Expedia said, "Breakfast included," except breakfast was a bag of trail mix and 2 granola bars. At 8:30 or 9am, I went to get just a little more coffee but it was all gone. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Great location very close too many shops and places to eat. Helpful front desk staff. When we arrived, the room was ready and clean. The cardio room had a treadmill, a bike and a somewhat useful elliptical machine. Breakfast was not available but you could pickup a complementary breakfast bag with a muffin or granola bar and a bag of mixed trail mix.
