There is no elevator available. Like seriously, in 2025? Is that even legal? I gad to drag my heavy suitcase I was using for travel fir the past wk up two flights of stairs. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. Despite the hotel being next to empty, my room was next to a group of people in the next room over, who were loudly chatting and it was impossible to drift to sleep. Do better.

The staff were great! Breakfast was good. Hot coffee, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt, and:or waffles. However, when my door was bolted and locked, I could see light from the hallway through each side of the door. That did not feel safe. My biggest complaint is they advertised a fitness center. There were signs in the hallways to a fitness center. However there was no fitness center. The receptionist said she could give me a code to give to the Planet Fitness across the street which was not visible from the hotel. That is the same as a fitness center on site. I wanted to workout early in the morning. I was not going to walk across the street in an unfamiliar place. I did not have a car to drive there. Also there is no elevator. I am 74 years old and the only room available was on the second floor. Fortunately I only had a small carry on bag and a backpack and was able to manage getting up the stairs. If I had had a larger or heavier bag I wild not have been able to carry it up or down the stairs. The lack of an elevator and on-site fitness center should have been disclosed.

Dirty. Everything was stained from lamp shades, to headboard on the bed to the walls. This place needs to pay much better attention to cleanliness. Baseboards are gross. I didnt want to touch anything. Even the perimeter fo the lamp was crusty and dirty. Honestly, it's audacious for this place to charge $100 a night for a stay. As it is, no on should pay more than $50 a night for this place. I should be asking for a full refund.

The room was not cleaned. Boogers on the walls, hair in tub, dirty toilet. Facility didn’t even have extra wash clothes. The trash can outside was over flowed and on the ground for 2 days straight. If you clean better it would be better. Gross.

After checking into the room we noticed that the floors felt greasy. Attempted to clean the floors using a white hand towel and sure enough, brown dirt (polish?) came off all over the towel. Besides dirty floors, the bathtub faucet was partially separated from the wall. Paint scuffs all over the room. I relayed these issues to the front desk agent at checkout and she didn't care.

Very Clean Room and premises, also the breakfast was hot and good. Staff friendly and helpful. Only problem is the wifi is weak in certain areas of the room, but if you stay in one corner can have good connection. Also the shower hot water not really hot, just warm. Room and bed clean and comfortable. Like the wood flooring.

We had no complaints about the staff. They were friendly and nice. BUT bring your noise cancelling head phones because the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. From people talking in their rooms, coughing, and couples having sex.

I’ve stayed here before with no issue but this time was ridiculous. Don’t see myself coming back. The shower was broken and only scalding water would come out. The handle was busted and the showerhead was messed up. Also a ceiling tile covered with mold. Toilet paper holder was busted. Overall I was disappointed, total waste of money. Talked to front desk and they had no interest in trying to accommodate, offer another night in a room without problems, or reimburse.

Staff was rude and when I arrived the cops were there arresting someone. Also saw a drug deal limited vending machine for snacks. Fridge and microwave were not in room, you have to pay an additional charge for them which is ridiculous. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here

When I came to check in early evening, there is nobody at the front desk this week and last week when I checked in. even if you ring the bell. You have to wait for them to see you on camera on average between 4-5 mins. In one room I had a mouse in the room I’m currently staying in the remote control wasn’t not working, but was later fixed the next day. The pancake machine was not working. I had to have somebody come and fix it. There is no yogurt available or fresh fruit as advertised know that I see coffee.

This hotel was better than expected. The room was very clean and newly renovated. The breakfast was better than most hotels. Coffee, juice, cereal, breads, yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, and pancakes. The front desk staff was very nice. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing!

At least the room was clean, a couple of cuts above Motel 6 in that Dept. I had to bring a couple of heavy suitcases up and down the stairs, an elevator would have definitely helped. The breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast I'd had that I could remember, a few pieces of bland lukewarm sausage, some rather nasty powdered eggs, and a couple of tiny pancakes, I couldn't finish it, I had to throw out the eggs. That's probably why I had only mild nausea and vertigo the next day. The coffee was weak and the juice machine had orange flavored water.
