The first time I used this Motel 6, the room seemed to be refurbished. New flooring, new looking furniture, new shower and fixtures and what looked like a newer bed. No microwave or fridge but I needed the bare minimum. All the lights worked, and even though it was still rough looking outside, the inside was a pleasant surprise. This time was a complete 180. The furniture looked second hand, the flooring was rough and scratched up, half the fixtures worked and the toilet and walls had not been cleaned. The breaking point was the room smelled like a thousand smokers had held a convention in there. So much so in fact that when I check in, the window was open to try and air out the room. The large shower towels I used were falling apart to the point that I looked like I was tarred and feathered after I dried off. It took me a while to get all the towel lint off me. Next shower I had to use the hand and bar towels. The cigarrette smell was incredibly bad. I had the worst time sleeping and I was completely clogged in my nose. Last time booking there, too bad because their price is one of the lowest for only needing to sleep and showere there. Room 236.

The room had matches used on the floor. Four was pretty dirty the sheets or dirty. It is a very dumpy place and I will never go to motel six again.
