Stayed 2 nights

We have stayed here before but this time it was not so good. Reservation was for three adults. After check in we realized there were only 2 towels. It was late so I waited till morning to go get one more towel. No luck they were all in the wash and it will be several hours to get one. The excuse was the owner does not want to buy more. I had an employee go into a clean room to get one towel, check in is 3p there will be one clean before then. Our sink in the bathroom would not drain, they gave me a stick to try to clean it out. Sorry no drain-o. The stick did not work. Room floors were dirty left our socks black. So we are 50/50 on our stays but it has gone down hill!

Place was poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. The toilet, shower, and bathroom counter/sink were well-cleaned at least. Continental breakfast was okay. Staff wasn't too friendly. Walls were thin, could hear my neighbors talking. Reserved a room with a king bed, they didn't hold one for me though and gave me one with two queens, one of which the sheets were dirty. I'm not sure why this place is so highly rated.

Stayed 1 night

We’ve been staying at this hotel almost every year for about the last six. It’s always been an outstanding property. I have to say this year I noticed quite a bit of deterioration of the property. The carpets and chairs in the lobby are badly stained, and it appeared the A/C wasn’t working either. The landscaping on the front side of the building is nothing but overgrown weeds. The toilet in our room ran constantly. Granted this didn’t necessarily impede our stay, but it doesn’t present the place too well. I’m not sure if ownership has changed or what caused this. The room itself seemed clean and the staff was pleasant.
