Old property and has some renovations going on. Rooms and amenities are all pretty old with a 90s vibe. Couch had some dead bugs under cushions when tried to turn to bed. Pool is good but no floaties for kids. Decent breakfast.

By far the best hotel experience I have had in the Portland area. I have stayed in numerous hotels in the area and I have decided to make this my go to for business or personal trips. Check in was super fast and the person who checked me in was super friendly. The room was spacious, clean and it was so quiet I was able to leave the window open all night to enjoy the cool air. Got a great nights rest on a very comfy mattress. Breakfast was great as well. Not a single thing I would have changed about the stay. The hotel is undergoing a remodel so the front entrance was masked off but they have clear signage to let everyone know where to park and enter the building. I’ll be back!

Beautiful, super clean, brand-new feeling room. However, "The breakfast room is being remodeled, so breakfast is down the hall"; no big deal. "The exercise equipment room is being remodeled, so you can go off property to a gym for free"; uh, no thanks on that. "The hot tub? Well, actually that doesn\'t exist anymore, it\'s been filled in. Sorry about that." Now that one was really disappointing, it was on the website, and I counted on that at the end of the day. "Do I want to join the Bonvoy club? The details on at Marriot.com" (Not a breeze to join.) I go down to the counter to have my visit added to my account. "I\'m sorry. You booked through a third party so you can\'t earn points for this visit." Oh, brother. My husband thought the stay was great. I got tired of getting bad news about amenities I thought I was paying for.

All of the staff here were so friendly! We used the gym a few times which was very clean and had everything you really need. Loved that there was a yogurt/oatmeal station with all different toppings + waffles for breakfast. The hotel is in a nice area, with a few restaurants + trader joes within walking distance. The room itself was good.. only complaint was the water pressure in the shower. Maybe it's just an Oregon hotel thing but it took a while to get the soap out.

We loved the comfortable bed and the hearty breakfast. The hotel was quiet even though the parking lot was always full. We did not receive any visits from the housekeeping staff during the 3 days we were there, and the garbages were piling up. It would have been nice if they had come through more often to check on things.

This hotel was our go to when going to Lake Oswego. We always loved staying here but they changed the mattresses in every room to a very soft mattress. My wife and I slept horrible and awoke with lower back pain. I hate to write a negative review but it is what it is. Other than this factor this an excellent hotel in every way.

Room was clean and nice, no issues there. We had two big issues, my daughter is a diabetic and we put her insulin in the fridge, and it ended up freezing her medication which now we cannot use and wasted hundreds on medicine we can't replace because of that. It froze all of our drinks and food as well. Our only other issue was noisy neighbors which isnt the hotels fault per se, but you could hear normal conversation through the connecting door, it felt like they were talking right in the room with us so that was a little irritating but we know communal living has it's downfalls. Staff was SUPER nice throughout our stay, though. :)

From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and welcome. This hotel is in a convenient location, but it is also quiet and serene, with lots of trees and flowers in the area. I like that guests can open windows to let in fresh air. The beds are comfortable. William at the front desk was super helpful. Another woman (I don't remember her name) was very kind when we spilled ice and helped us clean it up. We were greeted every time we entered. I would stay here again when I visit Portland/Lake Oswego!

I was extremely grateful for early check-in, and delighted to find the window open for fresh air. I suffer from fragrance-sensitivity, so always ask for fragrance-free linens, towels, and non-perfumey cleaners. Having the window open made me feel like a valued customer, like they really paid attention to my request and went above and beyond! The room/hotel lobby, and grounds were very clean and quiet, and there was plenty of shopping and dining nearby.

I really liked our window shade that allowed light into the room but had a beautiful picture of trees vs looking out at the bldg. and parking lot.
