First of all at check in the front desk attendant Gayla was great she was very professional, helpful and pleasant. The key card wouldn’t open the door so I went down and she quickly issued two cards. Just in case. 10 The sheets in the room were clean. The room was old. The carpet looked like it needed vacuuming. I never would’ve thought to look and see if the shower had a shower head until I wanted to shower on the morning. There was none! The handle to operate the faucet in the sink came off in my hand! That room should not have been given to anybody. The gal at the front desk in the morning was kind enough to refund. I got the rom because they had free shuttle and close to Sky Harbor. It was impossible to find a number to contact the hotel. I searched a half hour until I finally was gonna complain to Hotels.com and then I saw a little message with info on how to contact the hotel. Sorry I Do not recommend

The hotel is obviously undergoing new ownership and from over hearing conversations they are working to improve but conditions are much poorer then shown in photos. None of the outside doors can be opened from the outside exit only signs and non functional key pads. The main issue is this also includes the door to the pool. There is nothing quite like having to Walk around the building through gravel to get back to the front door at 9:00 at night after soaking in the hot tub.

You got what you paid for. Breakfast was edible. They had orange juice that apple juice they had raisin bran and Froot Loops. They had toast and bagels, waffles and coffee. The carpets are absolutely disgusting. The pool actually looks very nice the fence around it has a lot of rust but could be maintained at a reasonable price. I would think the hot tub had a little debris in it, but looked like it was being maintained. Overall, this hotel was very cheap and this day resembled that. They also charge a $100 deposit that you do not get back immediately. Interesting. I’ve seen holds on cards but never $100 deposit.

Bed was clean and fairly comfortable, then there were roaches coming out of the shower drain.. breakfast was very poor, almost not even continental.. white bread and plain beagle.. 2 cereal, not at all much selection.. wasn't a good stay!! Will not return!!

I was attracted to the low price. My flight was cancelled and I needed a place to sleep. I spent the night before sleeping in the airport. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean but it was a bit dated in my opinion. Airport shuttle took me to the airport on time. Overall I enjoyed my one night stay.

This hotel is under new owners. It’s close to the airport. Which is nice, but it feels a bit dark and dirty still. But I’m sure it will be fixed up soon. The staff here are very nice.

The staff was lovely and should have a 5 star however the room had some definite challenges. The TV did not work, the message light on the phone was in a continuous state of flashing a red light for messages yet no messages, the floor was filthy, the sink faucet was broken, and the most disturbing item was that one pillowcase was filthy.

This hotel was terribly dirty, old and outdated. I will say that the staff was very helpful and kind however you can’t make up for dirty sheets no towels in the room no USB plugs just disgusting.

The blankets were yellow stained. Very poor judgement on whoever gave that room the ok. Luckily I had my own blankets in my car. I couldn’t hook up my phone to the TV. No smart TV? Not the best place I’ve stayed.

Booked a two night stay after getting standard in AZ due to storms. Stayed in the room less than 12hrs before checking out. Pictures are nothing like the room. I’m convinced they are paying people to leave reviews. Found a bunch of bedbugs and got pictures and video proof. Asked for a refund and now they won’t return calls or emails.

You get what you pay for. I was looking for a cheap rate and I got it. Cheap also means the hotel was outdated and needed renovation. At night, you could hear the whistling of the wind and through the window. The TV was on when we arrived, and we were unable to shut it off with a broken channel changer.

The room was very outdated. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. There was a hole in the bedroom curtain. The morning staff informed me that I was checked in on the wrong night but wasn't able to resolve without calling someone and speaking in language

Ignored by desk worker--not the young new guy, the older one who just walked back and forth behind the desk. Light switch by the door didn't turn on any lights. Had to grope around in the dark to find a lamp and then how to turn it on, in the dark. The pillows are too thick for anyone other than (maybe) backsleepers. Air Conditioner unresponsive to inputs. Was cold all night. No shower head in shower. No tub, either. Breakfast area totally inadequate for the number on guests. Packed. Could barely move. Asked for a discount due to room condition. Was refused.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The front desk was incompetent. My door wouldn’t open, and my keycard wouldn’t work x10. The front desk thought we had checked out even though the lady who checked us in knew we were staying for two nights. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay far away.

I’m convinced they are paying people to leave reviews. Found a bunch of bedbugs and got pictures and video proof. Asked for a refund and now they won’t return calls or emails.

First of all at check in the front desk attendant Gayla was great she was very professional, helpful and pleasant. The key card wouldn’t open the door so I went down and she quickly issued two cards. Just in case. 10 The sheets in the room were clean. The room was old. The carpet looked like it needed vacuuming. I never would’ve thought to look and see if the shower had a shower head until I wanted to shower on the morning. There was none! The handle to operate the faucet in the sink came off in my hand! That room should not have been given to anybody. The gal at the front desk in the morning was kind enough to refund. I got the rom because they had free shuttle and close to Sky Harbor. It was impossible to find a number to contact the hotel. I searched a half hour until I finally was gonna complain to Hotels.com and then I saw a little message with info on how to contact the hotel. Sorry I Do not recommend

I was attracted to the low price. My flight was cancelled and I needed a place to sleep. I spent the night before sleeping in the airport. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean but it was a bit dated in my opinion. Airport shuttle took me to the airport on time. Overall I enjoyed my one night stay.

This hotel is under new owners. It’s close to the airport. Which is nice, but it feels a bit dark and dirty still. But I’m sure it will be fixed up soon. The staff here are very nice.

Quiet, staff was friendly and helpful. However, complementary breakfast was very basic. Make your own waffles, cereal, muffins, bagels, toast and boiled eggs. No scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no potatoes and no gravy. None of the good stuff. Otherwise good experience.

You got what you paid for. Breakfast was edible. They had orange juice that apple juice they had raisin bran and Froot Loops. They had toast and bagels, waffles and coffee. The carpets are absolutely disgusting. The pool actually looks very nice the fence around it has a lot of rust but could be maintained at a reasonable price. I would think the hot tub had a little debris in it, but looked like it was being maintained. Overall, this hotel was very cheap and this day resembled that. They also charge a $100 deposit that you do not get back immediately. Interesting. I’ve seen holds on cards but never $100 deposit.

The hotel was pretty ran down, the carpet, bathroom,shower needs to be uploaded!! Bed was clean and fairly comfortable, then there were roaches coming out of the shower drain.. breakfast was very poor, almost not even continental.. white bread and plain beagle.. 2 cereal, not at all much selection.. wasn't a good stay!! Will not return!!

Ignored by desk worker--not the young new guy, the older one who just walked back and forth behind the desk. Light switch by the door didn't turn on any lights. Had to grope around in the dark to find a lamp and then how to turn it on, in the dark. The pillows are too thick for anyone other than (maybe) backsleepers. Air Conditioner unresponsive to inputs. Was cold all night. No shower head in shower. No tub, either. Breakfast area totally inadequate for the number on guests. Packed. Could barely move. Asked for a discount due to room condition. The rooms were somewhat clean but very outdated. The shower was so disgusting I would even give my dog a shower/bath here. The light fixture was falling out of the shower ceiling and the water valve was so corroded you have to wear a glove to use it. The hotel itself smelled like stale cigarettes. The only good thing was that they offered free transportation to and from the Sky Harbor Airport, but even the van was in very poor condition. Will not be staying here again.
