The staff has been friendly and helpful. However, I would definitely make some changes, and at the top of my list is an updared vending area and the laundry facilities neex better equipment. If you had at leasg 1 more washer and dryer, people wouldnt go elsewhere to do laundry, and thetd spend the mineg at your facility. Also almost every hotel / motel facility in the county has complimentary toiletries and plenty of towels. You have bar soap, but it would be beneficial to have shampoo, conditioner, and possibly body wash and lotion, too. I have worked in the hotel indrustry for 4 years , and always offered all of the above and then some, and it only raised the price of rooms 1.6 percent, which is nothing. So thats the only issue i have. But other than that, my overall experience has been good every time.

just outside of the parking lot on the side street were cars parked in very poor condition with people camped in them (probably homeless). Outside the vehicles was a lot of garbage all over the place, and smelled terrible. Staff in the office did not know how to answer questions, such as the TV not getting all the channels; no pastries or tea in the morning; just a little bit of old coffee.

I would give this Motel 6 zero stars if I could. My experience was unacceptable on multiple levels. My initial room was horrifying. It reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposedly a non-smoking room. There were stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, and a general feeling of uncleanliness. I immediately went back to the front desk to request a different room. Sadly, the second room wasn't much of an improvement. While the smoke smell was less intense, there was still a lingering odor. The room still felt grimy, with questionable marks on the walls and a dusty feel to the furniture. I understand Motel 6 is a budget option, but this was beyond basic standards of cleanliness. I will not stay at this location, or likely any Motel 6, again.

Disgusting and poorly maintained. The "non smoking room" smells like years of smoke and pets, no fridge, broken tv, broken furniture, not clean. Gives off more of a crack den vibe than a motel. Even considering it's a super8 - this one is a huge disappointment.

The sheets weren't washed. I found about seven pubic hairs on the fitted sheet as soon as I turned open the bedsheets, as well as some regular longer hairs. Under the fitted sheet, the mattress was stained. The seam of the vinyl seat was filthy.

The woman at check in was friendly and checked me in quickly. There was garbage/litter outside and no shampoo in the super high up, old shower, but at least the water got hot. I could hear everything from the room next door. The room was clean, just old.

I am a family of 5, with 3 children under the age of 15 yrs old, they put us alll the way in the back of the property! Which felt so unsafe, people walking around everywhere at night, and terrible noises all night! Then the shower, was so hard to pull out the knob and turn it on my 13’yr old couldn’t even turn the thing on!

First impressions with the staff very unwelcoming and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. The room was unclean and had to clean all surfaces with antibacterial cleaner that I bought at the store. The hotel is in a good location. Close enough to downtown San Jose or Santa Clara football stadium. I understand that motel 6 is a budget motel but the things wrong broken or not clean is below even their standards

Mattress in the room was uncomfortable and very thin. People smoked just outside the room instead of 25 to 50 feet from the building. Defeats the purpose of non-smoking rooms. Might as well smoke inside the room. I had a headache as soon as I stepped in fo the room. It seems like it's normal in this hotel as I have used this hotel several times. They dont have a microwave or refrige. You have to pay extra to get a room with these

I have stayed in some pretty awesome super 8s, this one was not that. There is no continental breakfast, front desk is not helpful depending on who's working, beds are lumpy, sink splashes when turned on and running, and there are never enough towels!
