Great stay. My main criteria is cleanliness and customer service and this Motel 6 exceeded my expectations. There's also at least 2 dog areas stocked with bags.

The Hotel was decent. Except for some of the guests who were staying there who were construction workers who were have a tailgate party and having a BBQ grilling meat from a BBQ grill from the back of thier Pick up trucks and hanging out in the parking lot drinking beer and having loud music and partying all night. Then parking is limited and was not able to park near the room. I am disabled and because the hotel was full their were no more ground floor rooms available so I had to get a room on the 2nd floor and I couldn't get a parking space near the stairs. I also had my dog with me and it wasn't easy going up and down the stairs with me and my dog. The ran the hot water for the tub and the water didn't get very warm so I had to take lukewarm baths. The dog walk area was nice. They provided pet waste bags but people still don't pick up after their pets.

There is no hot water. Warm water is the best you are going to get. The mattress was wore out and had no support in the middle of the bed. The top sheet had a burn hole from what looks to be a cigarette in my non smoking room. There was no soap in the room, you have to provide all toiletries.

Hotel staff is mixed - the young man whose help I needed to get wifi was quite rude. The older man who I needed an extra pillow from was nice. The room was pretty well cleaned, but the bed was so uncomfortable and I have some spine issues, so I actually left in the middle of the night because sleep was not going to happen for me there. If you can sleep on any bed and can roll with not having helpful service, this place seems fine. But otherwise, I'd recommend the Hampton, which is where I stayed last time I was in Kerrville. Twice the cost, but at least you can sleep.
