Property was well maintained and clean. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Had a nice variety for breakfast options but juice machine broke down the first morning i was there and had to ask the lady at the omelette station for a plate since there was none at the self serve area. The parking garage (basement) was very hot and and humid. It had a smell and the third level of the parking garage was flooded with hopefully just water.

Everything was nice the only thing that the body wash and shampoo bottles were empty. They have no lotion no basic useful stuff. The Anaheim location had make up wipes lotion head cap. This place lacks those things

TLDR: Disappointing Stay – Poor Room Quality, Maintenance Issues, and Disorganized Service. I am writing this review to share a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. Overall, the hotel fell far short of basic expectations across accommodation quality, facilities, and service. Room Issues: The room was dated, dingy, and suffered from significant maintenance oversights. * Bedding: The room was advertised with queen beds, but they were actually double beds. Additionally, the pull-out sofa bed was lumpy, hard, and extremely uncomfortable. * Plumbing & Amenities: The toilet was barely functional, and the bathtub spigot dripped. The mini-fridge was not cold, and multiple lamps had brunt out lightbulbs. Parking & Service Delays: Leaving the hotel was equally frustrating. I was stuck at the parking garage exit for 10 minutes because two individuals (it was unclear whether they were employees or guests) repeatedly pressed the call button with zero response from staff. Breakfast Experience: The daily breakfast was chaotic and poorly managed. The buffet was frequently understocked, the toaster was not working properly and hot items like the eggs were poorly prepared. Given the combination of poor room maintenance, ineffective guest support, and sub-par dining, I cannot recommend staying here until management addresses these operational and quality standards.
