The advertisement for a superior room with a jacuzzi tub was a farce! The check-in clerk was grumpy and rude even though I was polite and accommodating, the room was not at all of a superior rating like the ad stated it was, and we barely had enough hot water for a tiny bit of water in the jacuzzi tub, which didn’t even work. I will never be fooled into staying at this location again.

This place is disgusting!! The rooms smell horrible. Floors are absolutely filthy. They have a sheet like cover on the beds that have dried bodily fluids on them. My room had a half used rollof toilet paper with poop and blood on it. My kids room had cigarette butts in the toilet. Unfortunately this was a last resort stay. But will never stay again. The front desk guys were absolutely rude!! I went to complain and he tried to tell me I was crazy and that the rooms were just fine. He yelled at me when I gave him a towel that was black from me using is a mop on the bathroom floor. Run from this place! Absolutely trashy!!!!

Our stay was good but the area around the motel was very sketchy looking. The next door motel was very loud. You could smell pot every time you walked outside. There was a man who 2 different times while in the pool with my 13 year old son, walked to the dumpster area and took a pee.

Didn't like given the same room that os all messed up especially the bed.need to replace mattress or should of gave me a better room that isn't used every night. The motel was empty. Now I know why. Won't stay there again.

Walked in to check in to be greeted by a locked lobby door and a small window to speak through. While waiting to be checked in, another person staying at the hotel was cancelling her room for the weekend and demanding a refund due to drugs being taken on the second floor and the rooms being absolutely disgusting. My friend and I did not feel safe at all, so we decided to cancel our reservation. When walking to our car, there was a used condom in the parking lot. If you are a young female, or anybody who prioritizes safety, please do not stay here.

Getting there can be a little tricky depending on which direction you’re coming from (typical big-city access road quirks), and Google Maps initially routed me through a residential area. That said, once I followed the provided directions, I found the entrance easily. Management was cool and professional. They only gave me a nudge when I lingered too long at checkout—totally on me. Overall, a fair stay with good service.

Guy asked for a tip when checking in and when I checked out. Tip for doing his job greeting and checking in. Leave that for the housekeeping crew. Will not be staying here again.

I was looking book a room for the same night it was after 3am. When I booked online it turns out it was for later that day. So when to go the front desk to see if they could help me out with the change the person in the front office was rude and didn’t want to help in anyway saying he could only sell me another room for the night. Also it was a non refundable so even though right after the fact I just wanted to change the night they did not and I got charged for for a room I didn’t use the next day. Horrible experience will never stay at another red roof again. And I’ll be disputing the charge on my credit card.

The staff was great. The room had stained sheet with burn holes in them. They moved me the 2nd day closer to the pool which was nice. As it got closer to night that’s when it was BAD. It was like being on an episode of “Live PD” there was prostitution and drugs being sold in the parking lot. The night shift office staff was in the parking lot on his phone like he was making a business deal. My son come to take me to eat and left his vehicle there and when we returned his back door had been pried open. Management needs to run off the obvious criminals and the prostitution and it would be a lot better place to stay. It is in a good location just a little sketchy after dark…
