Property was beautiful and very well maintained. Great kitchen and rooms were well accommodated. Views were absolutely gorgeous.

We stay at countless short term rentals and I’ve never ever written a bad review. I own a short term rental so I try to be very mindful of reviews and work things out directly with hosts, giving them the opportunity to make things right. This was awful. A very long story short (happy to write more, share details and evidence, etc if needed) between the mice / rats crawling in the walls chewing the cords making lights flicker and resulting in only about half or less lights and outlets working entirely, which I have video evidence of hearing them loudly scratch inside the walls in various rooms including the master bedroom,…and the water turning COMPLETELY OFF after a few minutes / like actually turning completely off / while in the SHOWER or doing dishes or washing laundry… then having to wait about 10 minutes until some water pressure bulk back up…. The experience was less than pleasant. Other things like broken dishwasher, kitchen missing some essentials, yard guy coming unannounced forcing you inside for quite awhile (such a nice guy / not his fault!), I have a list I could continue.. Regardoess, what matters most is no one has helped me. Initially they pretended to care then once the mice videos came, it was crickets until I started making a bigger deal of it and yet still only blank unempathetix ridiculous replies. I requested a refund and to talk to management. As of now, nothing. Do NOT rent here until they are ready to care.

This property is absolutely gorgeous, quiet and tranquil. The perfect spot for celebrating the graduation of my son with family from OR, CA, CO and SC. That being said, the house needs some attention with the plumbing as well as replacing aging furniture, hardware and appliances. Management was quick to respond but did not follow up on the plumbing issues reported. When I gave management a chance to make it right at the end of our stay they offered us 100 credit on a 7K 5 night stay. We had a party of 10 at the house and cooked all meals at the house with little to no water pressure (especially in the kitchen). If you used the washing machine the water was non-existent in the rest of the house. I was told they were on it and would respond back. We never heard back. I think this house could be amazing if managed correctly. For us, it was frustrating. If you read the less than perfect reviews you will see these issues already stated from past guests. I ignored them due to all of the great reviews and I think this house would be perfectly rated by all had management addressed these issues. Diamond in the rough!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was lovely!

Fantastic home for a multi generational weekend. We loved staying here. No one wanted to leave when our stay was over.
