What guests think

At Courtyard by Marriott Puebla Las Animas, travellers praise the convenient location, generally friendly service, and many clean, comfortable rooms, including some recently remodeled spaces, while ongoing property updates and a mix of older areas lead to varied experiences.

Guests repeatedly mention pool closures or cold, murky water, a limited gym, and paid parking with awkward access. Several reviews cite older bathrooms, noisy or faulty air conditioning, and inconsistent housekeeping, while others note modern, spacious rooms with very soft mattresses. Breakfast is often described as good, though restaurant service and food quality vary and prices can feel high. Expect a convenient base with variable room quality and amenities during ongoing updates.

Todo muy bien, excepto el GYM, pocos aparatos ya muy obsoletos, me he hospedado en ese hotel en años anteriores, cerca de cinco veces, y siguen con los mismos.
