When I got to the room the top cover had stains on it. The directions to the lobby by the elevators were confusing and hard to understand

Ok- so, the positives first. The property is clean, maintained and quiet. It looks as though the hotel was freshly built, and the plastic wrapping was just removed. Beautiful ball rooms and chandeliers, lounges and so much space. However- it was quite odd to be sold a hotel and spa and there was no open salon to speak of. My daughter and I were having a girls trip and not only was there no salon to get hair or pedicures done….we were the only guests in the big empty hotel. 2 cars in the whole parking lot, and one was a trucker. We ate breakfast alone. No people to speak of. The restaurant was closed. The bar was empty and no one working it. It was quite odd. Never ran into a single soul except the same front desk clerk and one cleaning lady. No problems, just odd for a 6 floor Hotel and Spa named Lux.

The room/floor was quiet, clean for the most part, the only issue I had was that the main bed comforter was stained I asked for removal and replacement and they cleaned the room but never replaced the comforter, I just removed the comforter and didn't use it the rest of my stay.
