Everything was working well until the coldest night and the pipes burst. We did not get wet but there was no water. In the morning we left. When asked what their plan for us was, I got a shrug of the shoulders. No plans for us to check in somewhere else, they did not know about refunds, they did not know about when it will be fixed. We did get reimbursed for when we checked out.

Typical Holiday Inn Express experience, except there were few sub par flaws. One luggage cart sites, the other was taken by a customer and the staff has no clue where it was.. Ice machine on our floor (3) broken, juice machine for breakfast broken, so theee was no juices… there was no effort to inform guests when the broken things will get fixed or suggestions for alternatives.

On our way to our room we noticed the ice machine was "out of order". We got to our room and it was 2 queen beds instead of a king bed we requested. my wife used the toilet and it would not flush. Called down to the front desk and got not response. Went down to the desk and the lady said she would come up and fix it. She tried and could not get it to flush. She told us they did not have any rooms to move us to and would cancel our reservation. Haven't seen the refund yet.

Myself and a friend were in town for a race down the road at the equestrian center. The hotel parking lot was clean and there were many options for parking. The inside was clean, staff friendly to check in. Room was clean, bathroom stocked. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was GREAT! I was pleasantly surprised. We ended up needing a late check out and the staff were able to accommodate without issue. I will plan to stay again in the future for races in the area.

The front desk lady was amazing when I was checking in. She was so friendly and kind. The hotel lobby was so clean and the hotel smelled clean. The rooms were in perfect order and beds comfortable. The only down side was the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we were left outside for close to a half hour while the fire department figured that out. But that’s not the staffs fault at all.

Bed was clean and both mattress and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom tub, toilet and sink area was clean. Bathroom floor looked like it needed a little extra cleaning. I know it can be difficult for housekeeping staff to view the room from the bathtub and toilet but if so, it would be good to do that because that is what your guest see. We had the King suite and we loved how spacious it was and the additional seating in the room was great. Overall definitely worth the affordable price.

I was in town for my father‘s services… The hotel staff did an excellent job in making sure that we were taken care of… I would like to shout out about the front desk, clerk Miss Ashley, she was very understanding and made our stay very comfortable and our needs were taken care of.. she is deserving of a five star rating for service provided. I will probably be in need of additional time to attend to affairs and will definitely be using Holiday Inn for city as my home while in town.. again thank you for providing an excellent experience during my troubled times… Sincerely David Pies…

What a disaster with a disgusting no people skill having General Manger. I booked a room online thru Expedia. I’m driving from Nashville TN WHERE I LIVE AND OWN A HOUSE! I have a TN drivers license and my car has a TN tag because I AM A TENNESSEE RESIDENT!!!! Tge GM calls while I’m driving and is immediately RUDE. She states they don’t rent to locals so I can’t have a room. I explained that I’m not a local and am a resident of TN. Her response was “Since when?” EXCUSE ME!!!! Since I sold my house a year and a half ago and MOVED TO Tennessee!!! My children still have family here and I’m driving in to pick them up. I’m staying one night. She says VERY RUDELY that if I have a TN drivers license I can check in. I drive the 7 hours in my car that has a TN tag I get here and am told I’m on a “do not rent list” I ask why and just told that I won’t be checking in. I asked what I did to be put on a list they didn’t have an answer.

All the front desk employees were amazing, friendly, and helpful. The only thing that was a downside was the fact the room was half cleaned the vacuuming and moping and the cleaning of the bathroom weren't done correctly and the refilling of the included Dove Hand soap & body wash products were empty. But wonderfully enough Charles at the front desk apologized for what happened and assisted with getting it rectified. I have to say even with the condition of the room once clean I would totally stay here again good customer service is hard to find but this location has some great people, it's just the cleaning crew needs to be more thorough.

Super convenient to the local community college where I saw Steve Earle play an acoustic set. Only a five minute drive, so a little too far to walk. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area, a movie theater at a mall as well all a very short drive away. The room has cold AC and the bed was comfortable. There was a desk where I was able to get some work done while I was there. The workout room didn't have any weights but there is a nice exercise bike and treadmill. If you like Sonic it is within feet of the lobby entrance. The breakfast buffet was adequate and very similar to other hotels I've stayed in. I would stay there again if I were to come back to town.
