The beds are not queen sized they are full sized. The air conditioner was defective and would turn off randomly making the room unbearably hot at night and it was not on auto or eco mode. Toilet kept clogging for no reason and bathtub was leaking through the floorboards. Nothing got fixed. Still would go here over any other hotel, just needs maintenance badly.

Southern Suites of Davis in Pensacola, FL was a great place to stay. They worked with me and gave me a refund when I needed it the most. Thank you to the staff and workers of the hotel. I recommend anyone to stay there. I have no complaints.

Issues with a few roaches, no toilet paper refill must bring your own and the lack of kitchenette items to cook with. Dollar Tree close by to pick these things up.

Staff was very helpful, rooms were basic, has a small stove top, but no utensils or pans. So didn’t utilize that at all. Shower had amazing pressure in one room, but the other not so much. Cleanliness wise it was okay. They could do better with mopping floors. Also tub in one of the rooms was yellow. Beds were ok. For the price it was great! Definitely could use small upgrades, but we didn’t spend much time in rooms so it wasn’t bad.
