Great hotel and great service! We spent 2 nights there. Took the trolley to six flags, which was super convenient. The pool and hot tub were amazing!! Drinks were strong and the atmosphere was welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

The staff and place was very clean, but i was not happy. The spa,, and the indoor swimming pool was cold as spa was not working, thats the reason i choose here but didn't get that so not happy at all.. with it.. and was not told about till i went to use both... I feel items like that should be towed to people beforehand I paid good money to expect these services and did not receive

I had to rate overall excellent because it was clean, comfortable, and staff friendly etc. The bartender on during our stay was extremely friendly and excellent. He went out of his way to serve us. My only complaint was the trolly service which was TERRIBLE. Never showed and made us late for baseball game. It should not be advertised as a way to get to places if it wasnt provided. Will probably stay at a hotel closer to stadium next time to not rely on bad service from trolly line

Very clean and comfortable. Parking is easy. Love that they’re part of the Arlington trolley. The only downfall is that there is nothing in walking distance, but we loved the hotel so much that ubering is worth it.

The pictures for this property are misleading because they have mixed what looks like new rooms in with pictures of the old/current rooms. When you first walk in it looks like it has been given a face lift-modern "pods", art work, decor they are putting in all "new" buildings. The first room I had had hair on the toilet set, in the tub and in the bed. The phone in the bedroom didn't work so I had to call the front desk from the living room phone and was switched to another room. The mini fridge also had so much ice built up in it it took up space in the fridge. The guy at the front desk was nice enough to bring me a new key. The next room was hair free but the dresser in the bedroom drawers didn't close-had actual tape on the side like someone tried to keep it from coming open. The "sink" in the living area didn't work, the desk drawer in the living are had an old papertowel with some kind of black stuff on it and some other trash in it. There was some loud thud sound that kept up randomly the duration of the stay-don't know what it was. The gym door does not lock so anyone can walk in at any time even though there is a room key pad. The hto tub was closed and I was never told that. The room keys don't work to let you in the pool area. I had a fron desk clerk let me in just to see the water temp and it was cold. Ordered a sandwich and fries from the restaurant-fries were good.

Front desk, staff seem to be occupied with multiple things and took longer than necessary to check us in. First room had stains all over the blanket that were red and brown, second room, not much better as far linens are concerned. The next day staff changed the linens in the room.

Our room was not very clean. Furniture was dusty, hand prints on mirrors. Visable food remnants and gravel in the rug. A commented to the person who checked us in and to management, by text and no one cleaned it in the entire time if our stay

The property was close to where we needed to go during our stay, which was nice. The breakfast wasn't bad. The room amenities were fairly scarce. NO USB or USC to charging ports, and very few plugins. The mini fridge was a little rickety, but it worked. No microwave, but that was ok. The shower seemed to leak out onto the floor in the bathroom no matter how hard we tried to seal up the shower curtain against the wall. We only had one hand towel?? However, asked for more at the front desk & someone delivered them to our room quickly. Oh, and the elevators were iffy, particularly one of them. We made the front desk aware, and they took take of it. Maid service was great, and the people were friendly. Beds were comfy. Loved the lime water! Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Of all the times we’ve ever stayed there room 232 did not have a view at all and I understand I’m not there for a view, but it does help. We could not get the air conditioner to cool below 70°.

Really needs warmth and decor in rooms. No artwork dull colors, needs better brighter lighting. Serious lack of outlets for charging, only one in lamp on desk, otherwise need to pull out a light or the coffeemaker. My room 304 got cool, but seemed like AC didn't take humidity out of room, felt damp. The sofa needs changing, uncomfortable and awful material, so dated looking sectional. Ample storage and counter/tabletop space. Nice Keurig machine, has fridge but I didn't open it. Great shower, towels soft and good size, bath products good, decent lighting in bathroom. Lobby nice and open, front desk people pleasant and efficient. Buffet food is OK, basics hot and cold plus yogurt and juices, very nice, fruit very fresh and nicely cubed, area clean but a little dark, staff pleasant and helpful. Decaf not out, must need to ask for it. Rooms are quiet, blackout curtains great. Bed very comfy but a bit soft for me, nice bedding, actually had a blanket that had some warmth to it. Pillows were ample, but in my room 3304, some smelled like body soil,so had to pick through to find 2 that did not. Decent TVs, many sports channels due to the area near arenas. Not in the area of town that has anything near it such as restaurants, really not walkable to any for me anyway, major highways. Was near to office I was visiting so my stay was 2 nights for business.

The ac was terrible in the room. Set the thermostat to 65, the lowest it would go and the coolest the room got was 64. I’ve stayed at holiday inn’s that were better than this.

The room numbers are just laminated paper on a wall, the A/C was not working properly, breakfast isn’t what it used to be and definitely not worth the money anymore. Staff were very good and the workout facility is nice.

Service overall was bumped up simply because of one person. Tiara, the front desk attendant, is one the best people in hospitality that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. We came to order a lunch, which was closed an hour earlier than stated, and she helped us. Appreciate her going above and beyond for us.

Reception could not have been less helpful and dismissive when I called asking to change the name on the booking to my husband as I would no longer be able to make the trip due to a family funeral. Charged for B&B when it should have been included. Overall really poor experience.

Was never told until getting to desk to check in that cant use 5 of the 6 cards i had with me. Would not take my $50 incedental pmt so had to cancel bc thry wouldnt tske those cards after i already paid for room with very sane card. Receptionist got call from cust relations while i waited on hold and she just put the cust rel lady on hold and went back to texting on her personal phone. So they got my 169 for the room but i never got to stay in the room and will not refund it

The location is only accessible by public transportation. Shuttles, uber, taxi, your own vehicle. One small restaurant inside, limited hours, but decent food. It was rather inconvenient for anything that's not being held in the hotel.

Great location. Right in between Dallas and Ft Worth. Very close to the Ranger’s Stadium and 6 Flags. Staff was mostly friendly. The bartender was great. It appeared they had a trolley to go to the stadiums and 6 flags. We didn’t use it but would have if we were going to a game.

Our stay was fabulous. The room was large and spacious. The room was a little warm, but not too bad. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We paid the extra fee for breakfast and it was a pleasant surprise! The breakfast Buffett was nice and overflowing with all types of food. It was quiet but conveniently located to Globe Life.

We stayed in this hotel in 2018 and our kids (and we too) loved it. It has been remodeled and the room was excellent on all fronts! Our only unhappy feelings came from the expensive breakfast that was not fresh. The previous stay they had "to order" omlets and brought then to the table. This time it was buffet and very few guest were there that day so the food had sat in the warmers for several hours and it was apparent. BUT the hotel was excellent!!!

Not much directly around the hotel but very convenient to get to and from the major roads nearby. Paid for breakfast ahead of time but still received an $8 bill at the table. When asked about why we had to pay $8 they said it was not going to be charged to us but it was just how they accounted for the meal. Very confusing to my party and others as well. So far, haven’t been charged. They should find another way to ‘account for’ the meals.
