The facilities are very nice.., clean and new. I didn't like no coffee maker in the room. If you wanted hot water for tea or coffee, you had to go to an area by the front desk. They post that it's more environmentally responsible... but really? Running an elevator up and down 4-floors is a lot more energy wasted than a mini-Mr Coffee.

Newer hotel with a good breakfast and clean spacious rooms. Staff was extremely friendly. The plugs to charge the phones were across the room from the bed with only one available at the bedside that fit the type of charger we had. Pool was under renovation or maintenance which was disappointing as there is nothing much to do in Abilene in the evening on a weeknight.

We truly enjoyed our stay! A couple things to consider, with the hotel still fairly new, the outlets along the entry wall, were not accessible. We could get a plug to go in. The other concern is the landscaping has become overgrown with weeds. It doesn’t effect our stay, but just an fyi. The receptionists were so friendly, as well as the breakfast staff. The fancy coffee maker gave the young lady quite the headache until she got it working. That coffee is wonderful! The decaf may be the best we’ve had! It’s the little things, right?!
