Good size room for junior suite. Ac/heat unit is very noisy. I got a rate plan that included parking. During check-in, the hotel didn't have my booking details. I had to show my Expedia booking to them directly. What's the point of booking something with parking only to be questioned by the hotel about it. This hotel and Expedia should have more integrated & seamless booking experience between Expedia and Hotel. All hotel check-in should have better check-in experience. It is the first impression that truly differentiates an average hotel to a great hotel Hotel could do more with elevator cleanliness. Dirt, grime, garbage are left behind in the elevator every time we use it. A little vacuum and wipe down could go a long way Pool was closed in December. Breakfast is sufficient. Location is convenient for the event we were going. Hotel is next to the gelleria shopping area

Being forced to pay for parking through a third party app or an adware/spyware infested third party website is a non-starter for me. Who did Sheraton force me to give financial data too and how secure is it? I’ll never stay here again though other than the parking nonsense it was a good stay in a good location for the money.

Seems to need more staffing the concierge at the front desk it was nice was easy check out was easy, besides the bedding and the ants in the room, it was overall last-minute stay

Extremely loud all hours of the night, bathroom wasn’t clean (hair in the towels and on the floor), and charging $20 a night for a dark, uncovered, unsecured open parking lot seems ridiculous. They claim there’s “security,” but the only thing I ever saw them do was give hotel guests parking tickets. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I accidentally scheduled for the wrong night in the middle of an emergency and when I arrived and learned of this the front desk staff was pretty indifferent to the situation, required me to book a new night, and refused to switch my accommodation over to the night I needed despite there being availability. So I ended up having to pay for two nights despite only needing one in the middle of an emergency and with nowhere else to go. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and lack of empathy, understanding, and problem solving and accommodation from the hotel staff, especially under the circumstances.

This is my first time staying in the galleria area and I loved it. It’s right by the mall and many places to eat! The hotel was quiet for the most part. One night there were bags left outside the door of the room across the hall from mine that had an alarm that sounded off every few minutes in the very early hours of the morning. Had to call the front desk to have it taken care of, which they did. The restaurant was nicely decorated but only ever had 3-4 people in it. I was alone there at 7:30 on a Saturday night, and the bartender was a little confused on how to make a vodka martini with a twist. It came with a twisted lemon wedge. Close enough, I guess. I stayed for 3 nights and my trash was never emptied. I ran into a gentleman in the elevator with two bags of trash that he said hadn't been removed from his room over two nights so he was bringing it down himself. The room was great, the bed comfortable and I did get fresh towels every day. It is close to The Galleria but the temperature outside in August didn't really allow for walking outside. I would stay again but would definitely find other bars/restaurants to visit.
