The staff at check in was absolutely the best. Hotels.com, you should fix your advertisement though, there isn't any adjacent parking and on a holiday weekend with big shows in town we were almost without a place to park

We booked a studio with two queen beds and a “city and river” view, but it felt more like a standard room with two beds. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The microwave and mini-fridge were convenient, but no utensils were provided. There was also a small table with only one chair. We appreciated the heated pool. The hotel is very well located: both the Sports Illustrated Stadium and New York City are about a 30-minute walk away. Parking is limited, but we found a spot since we arrived relatively early. The area seemed safe, and the front desk staff were friendly. For light sleepers, note that the nearby train can be heard. We were informed by email that a US$100 per day authorization hold would be placed on our card and released after the stay. It’s good to know in advance, as it is a significant temporary hold. Parking is US$22/day. With the room costing more than C$400/night, the overall cost becomes quite high. Breakfast had limited choices, with very few gluten-free options. A larger garbage bin, larger pool towels and a longer shower curtain would also be appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The location, cleanliness, comfortable beds and friendly staff were definite positives. A few updates would make the experience even better.

The parking situation is bad. With all the money I paid I shouldn’t have to park in the street because you don’t have enough spaces. And the beds are uncomfortable.

The Hotel was conveniently located for the event we were attending, a concert at Sports Illustrated stadium. The room with two Queen beds was good sized and clean. The tv didn't work properly but was not much of an issue because of the short stay. The check in process was a little chaotic, many guests were going to the same show and arriving at the same time. The hotel should have had a list for people to put their name on to identify the order in which people showed up. The breakfast the following day was completely disappointing, one type of egg, hardboiled, no meat of any kind, plan on eating breakfast elsewhere. Bottom line I would stay here again if I was hitting the same venue, and it was the best priced place to stay, but I won't look here first next time.
