Clean. Its a top priortity of mine when booking a hotel. Indoor pool, heated and the pool room was heated, and clean fresh towels, changing rooms in that area, nice addition. Complimentary coffee, was great. Check in very easy. Shampoo, conditoner body wash hand soap all available for use, and they are large sizes connected to shower wall and bathroom. I would absolutely stay there agajn. Air conditioner and internet worked great, air conditioenr does turn off when it reached temp.and will.kick back on, which makes sense. So if you need the consistent noise i recommend bringing a soudn machine or using your phone if the noise on and off is an issue for you. Convenient outlets on might stands. Loved this place. We are a familt of 3, my son being 5 and first time over night at hotel. He was vwry comfortable. Property grounds are well kept. I was up around 6:30 am and enjoyed coffe, the garden and waterfall, nice place to see birds and sunrise, located

This is a basic stopover place if you just want to sleep . The mattresses are incredibly comfortable. Both myself and my friend slept soundly. Convenient to all the tourist traps . The Pool is tiny and the restaurant is small.

I switched to this property for the pool, spa, and Kingsized bed when a friend backed out. The indoor pool was laughable (very small), there is no spa any more; however, I found the bed comfortable and clean. It was quiet, too. There was not a lot of guidance, but a found my room and parking pretty easily. It would've been nice to have a microwave in the room, but it was nice to have the refrigerator.

Convenient for Foxwoods Casino the hotel runs a very popular 16-seater shuttle to and from the casino, note that not everyone abides by “first come, first served” and be prepared to get a rideshare if you don’t get a seat. Rooms are a good size but in fairly worn condition, towels were small and scratchy but the bed was comfortable and the room quiet. Note, the hotel has very specific rules about noise and damage. This is not the hotel for a bachelorette or stag party and that was just fine with me.

Everything was very comfortable. The staff is kind check-in process went smoothly, the room is very clean. The property is nice with a couple of great restaurants nearby. I can’t criticize a single thing and have stayed in multiple properties all around this area. For the money it is just as good as places that cost twice as much. I highly recommend it.

The room was awful! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and read many reviews and they were all positive. It was dirty and dusty. There was a bottle cap in the middle of our bed under the mattress pad. The toilet swayed back and forth. I have pictures and videos. The shower was disgusting.

Property is old. Looks nice from the outside but the walls are paper thin and beds are small and the rooms have a very musty odor. Thankfully it was only one night but I wouldn’t recommend. The staff is very nice and the proximity to Foxwoods is great but overall it wasn’t worth the price. It is definitely more of an under $100 a night motel than a Hotel with amenities. The staff however were super sweet and pleasant when checking in and out.

Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The toilet did have some minor trouble flushing but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. Room service was delicious. Will definitely be back!

Nice room, large, open, was a handicap room. Bed was offset next to heat/AC unit. When it came on the heat or AC was very loud, blows right on you. There was no second nightstand on the other side of the bed. There was extremely weak water pressure, but plenty of hot water. Did have issue with guests above our room, kids running and yelling. Staff told me it was before "quiet time", then "couldn't find the room".

Our room was very outdated. We stayed in the Presidential suite and expected the bathroom to be better. The shower was a very small 1 person stand up shower. The shower head looked like it needed to be replaced. All the buttons on the jacuzzi were worn off so we had no idea what we were pressing. The walls are also very thin so you can hear your neighbors loudly.

I don’t know what the negative reviews are about but I had a great stay. Check in and staff interaction was great. I bring my own cleaning products and there wasn’t a single bit of dirt debris on my cloths that I used to clean the surfaces. Bed was comfortable. It was affordable, no complaints at all.

The shuttle driver was completely lazy and called my husband an ass when he told the driver that it was ok, he would do hos job for him of opening the van doors. So disrespectful. Pretty disappointed with the condition of the bathroom. The toilet was not bolted down and the shower stall was completely poor.

We called the day before to let them know we would be a late check in.Arriving around 9:30 p.m. Upon arrival at 9:40 p.m. no one was at the front desk. Waited 20 minutes in the front lobby before someone showed up did not feel safe anyone could have walked into that hotel and done whatever they want. I don't think at night you should leave the lobby unattended.Did not feel safe.Finally the attendant returned and told us she was allowed a break.Another guest came down twice looking for extra towels.She was not happy.Upon check out, the staff member told us she was probably doing room service,since the front desk attendant does the cooking and delivery of room service orders.Unexceptable.You need a bell..Have never experienced no one at the front desk of a hotel.Especially at night.Lock the front door and get buzzed in.Will not stay there if I have a late check in....too dangerous.

I love it there.. but I paid in full on hotels.com. The girl said we were all set - as soon as we got to the room she charged me $144 more. Then $100 more. Then the other $100 for incidentals. Toulef was lose. Heard upstairs all night. Aaid manager or iwner would call me. We saved up to go foe the weekend. No one called. Charges are fixed but very stressful stay.

My husband and I were guests at this hotel in September of 2024. We found the hotel staff to be very kind and helpful, especially Elvie and Margie. Our room was clean and was supplied with everything we needed - a comfortable bed, plenty of towels, amenities in the bathroom, and a mini fridge. The availability of fresh coffee in the morning in the lobby was a nice touch. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. This hotel is also only minutes away from Foxwoods Resort and Casino. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay. We will be coming back here again!

A 10 minute drive away from the Foxwoods Casino and 20 minute drive away from the Mohegan Sun Casino. Shuttle service is also available to get to the Foxwoods Casino. Very clean room and the hotel staff was also helpful and friendly. Easy check in and check out available by text, email or at the front desk. Small deposit required $100 at check in but refundable upon check out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel for others looking to save money by not booking a room at the casino.

We stayed a weekend and found that this was available. It’s located minutes from Foxwoods and they provide free on the hour transportation. Front desk staff very friendly and professional. Most definitely will stay again and highly recommend.

1) The staff leaves the back door unlocked at night which makes me feel unsafe. 2) The bar restaurant was not open when we were there. Which we only found out when we checked in. There is an Italian restaurant just down the road that was delicious. 3) The breakfast offerings are only offered Sunday - Thursday, the selection is unappealing and expensive.

Property is a bit tired but clean. Staff is helpful. Property pictures on Expedia must have been taken a while ago. Tips: if you want daily cleaning ask for it to be scheduled at the front desk. It’s not automatic for stays less than a week. Also - The cook to order breakfast options are tasty but expensive if purchased onsite. If you are offered an add on breakfast when you make your reservation it’s a better deal. We got ours for a flat fee for the entire stay!

This is a very difficult hotel to review, so I’m going to break it up into a pros and cons approach. Also, I have stayed in this hotel 5 to 6 times before, but it has been at least a couple of years since my last visit. Pros: very convenient parking, shuttle to casino, coffee, bar, clean rooms, presidential room Jacuzzi in bathroom. Cons: slightly indifferent front desk, rooms, and carpeting, needing update, very uncomfortable mattress, low water, pressure in shower, Wyndham type super thin towels, and hand towels. Pay only for generally complementary extensions. Breakfast was a total nightmare long wait needed to get food to go, high price for an at best average breakfast. One positive was the gentleman who has been working the restaurant each of my visits. He works so hard and is so incredibly courteous even with the obstacles he has to put up with. I would probably stay here again if the price made it worth it. If not Foxwood and a couple of close hotels are a better option at a similar price.

We have stayed here in the past but this time we had a bed that if I moved it made so much noise it would wake my wife. In the morning we went down to the restaurant for breakfast. The sign said seat yourself which we did and after more than twenty minutes no one had come to our table so we left. We might stay here again but no noisy beds and will not attempt to eat here again.

Restaurants on premises for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great food, nice lounge for drinks. Pool was a great plus. Location is good for sightseeing. The BEST is all staff was so nice and seemed to enjoy being there. I will recommend the Bellissimo to all whom travel around that area.

Nice hotel with a courtesy coffee bar in the lobby complete with cappuccino, latte, matcha, and chai. Allow plenty of time, though. They aren't as quick as a Starbucks Barista. There's a small lounge that's open till 11:00 that serves drinks and food, which was convenient. Drinks were very small and reflect the obvious inexperience of the bartender. But he was very nice and attentive. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Mattress in my opinion was a little lumpy and showing age, but my traveling partner felt it was comfortable, so definitely personal preference. One very unfortunate situation was the alarm clock. It was set at the wrong time and the alarm was preset for 8:00. In the middle of the night, the alarm went off and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Finally realized it was the clock and just pushed buttons till it went off. No one uses an alarm clock any longer. They should be replaced. At the very least housekeeping staff should ensure it's set with the correct time and no alarms are reset, if they want to keep them.
