It's a good property. The elevator was down while we were there but they were very accommodating and had someone to carry your bags of needed up the stairs. We were also able to check in when the room was ready for the inconvenience. They were nice and very very helpful.

Room was Clean, Big, and Comfy -- but as with MANY hotels in FL -- THE HOT TUB DOESN'T WORK! Even though the front desk gentleman said it does, and offered to show me -- Only ONE JET actually works (and barely). It's essentially a Glorified Bathtub. No other complaints though. Breakfast was decent too.

We liked the water cups by the ice machine. Good touch. However the shower in room was not working right, beds were terrible, there was a lot of debis in pool, and hot tub not working correctly. Kind of sad for Wyndham property.

There is a really good restaurant within walking distance. The room was comfortable. The water in the jet tub was hot The shower water was not really hot luke warm at best. The hot tub outside was not working which was part of the reason for booking the hotel.

I had a great and easy check-in experience. However, when I opened the door to my room, I was immediately overwhelmed by the unpleasant smell of an old, enclosed space mixed with mildew, particularly coming from the air conditioning unit. I had to return to the front desk to request a room change, and they promptly helped me without any issues. In the second room, the smell was slightly better but still not what you would expect from a “nice” hotel. Unfortunately, my husband and I have decided that we will not be staying at this hotel again, nor will we recommend it.

The entrance was nice and clean but the rooms were not. I had to swipe my room key multiple time before I was able to get in my room. Upon entering the room I was hit with a old wet clothes smell then the bathroom smelled like sewage. Not to mention the other couple I was with had a pair of panties left in there room by the towels in a room that’s “suppose” to be clean. We asked to be moved only to be told there weren’t any rooms available. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Checkin was fast and easy but the room smelled like mold ac made noise all night someone had left panties when they stayed before me which showed me the room wasn’t properly cleaned the sheets hadn’t been changed I went to Walmart and brought some and blood was on the wall in the bathroom hair was all over the floor and the shower was dirty they didn’t change my room because they was sold out but the manager did refund some of my money back

The room I was given at check in was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. It should have been a room for 1 guest or the last room a guest is put in once the hotel is full. Hotel did not appear to be full. No bath tub, no place to put shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, razor beside a small soap holder. I had to put things on the shower flower that was very small. Had to hold my razor in my mouth while putting shaving cream on legs as I had no place to put razor besides on the floor. No place to even hang a wash cloth. Room had a king bed that was replaced with a queen as the night stands were more than an arms reach away from the bed. The night stands are placed for a king bed. I feel we should have been told about the size and that the room had no bathtub. Also given 3 bath towels for 2 guest. Will steer clear of booking at LaQuinta in fear of getting a room like that again.

The room by the elevator needs to be provided a white noise machine. All hours of the night that thing is dinging. The shower door was hanging only by the top hinge which doesn’t seem very safe. The bed was on a frame that was one heavy person sitting on it away from collapsing. Mattress and pillows were comfortable and the shower was always hot so those are pluses. I also enjoyed the free coffee 24/7.

I was in a room by itself off the elevator and not in the main hallway.. it was VERY small. I have never been in a hotel room as small as this one. The bathroom was very dated and smaller than my RV bathroom. The shower was a corner shower like a camper style, but was so small you had hardly any room to move. You can tell they had painted over holes, stains, etc. to just try to make it look nicer. The AC was so loud and sounded like it had rattling pieces and made banging sounds all night long, that I hardly slept., It was clean, but unfortunately I probably will not stay here again due to the room experience I had.

Room was very clean, but smelled musty. The bed was very soft, pillows were puffy and firm, pretty, but not great for side sleeping. A/C worked great. Bathroom was beautiful and towels looked brand new. Nice amenities: Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner. Front desk was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was standard fare at hotels.

Disappointing Stay – Won’t Be Back I stayed for one night and while parking was convenient, the rest of the experience fell short. My room was right next to the breakfast area, and when I asked the manager to switch rooms, he refused because I had a pet. The air conditioner motor kept cycling loudly, and the carpet in front of it was damp. I asked again to change rooms and was told no. I ended up turning the unit off just to avoid the noise. Worst of all, I was woken up at 6:30 AM by the sounds of breakfast being set up and guests chatting right outside my door. Not a restful stay—I won’t be returning.

I requested early check in before I made my reservation because I'm a Wyndham platinum member and was told yes I could. Shortly after making my reservation they sent me an email telling me I had to wait until regular check-in time. Only after getting there I found about the $100 security deposit which wasn't included in the email. On Sunday morning the breakfast was over at 9:50. I asked the front desk where's the breakfast and He said he doesn't know so if he doesn't know then I didn't either. All I knew was I was hungry! Had to go eat out. To my shock and surprise, I saw a young lady being checked in on a Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. The likelihood of them having a room available on a Sunday morning versus having one available on a Friday morning is not likely at all. That was discrimination at the fullest. I Will never choose that hotel again ever ever. Waste of money!!

I highly recommend this hotel. The service desk Maria, was very professional, and friendly. Also Marian is at the front desk. But unfortunately, there is another member of the staff, her name is Gloria, the Colombian lady is very nasty, I was talking with the service desk Marian and I think was boring and didn't want me to talk and told me, to have a nice day. But overall great experience and is a pity that the spa didn't work.

Directions should be noted that gps takes you into Walmart parking lot and says you’ve arrived. Can’t see hotel in parking lot. When arriving late it felt very unsafe. No signs in the parking lot to direct behind Walmart, on a dark road, behind storage units before you can even see the hotel.

We had a nice 3 night stay. The staff were always super nice and accommodating. We didn’t eat breakfast or use the pool so I can’t rate those. The only thing I would have to complain about is the shower. The water pressure is way too low and the handle is hard to figure out how to control the on and off or the temperature. I thought something was wrong with it but the staff seemed like it was a common problem and one of them told me that the handle had been put on backwards or something. It definitely was annoying and disappointing not to be able to take a relaxing shower.
