Bear Trap Dunes * 3BR Golf Villa

The house itself was great. Clean. Spacious. Loved the set up. We ran into an issue with the AC. It was 80 degrees in the house when we first got there. They tried to say it was because we had the doors open bringing bags in. Next day 85 degrees in the house. Had to get a tech to come out. Property manager implies it was my fault for turning the AC down (ya know, since it was 85 in our living space) and it froze it or something? Anyway, the Air worked again fine after 3 DAYS of 80-86 degrees in the house. No one seemed concerned when I requested the property manager call me asap for compensation of some sort. And I did not receive a call. Also be aware that the owners control the AC and temp in the house. After it was fixed we were not allowed to put it above 66. Just so others are aware prior. We were not. House was a far walk (20 mins) to the pool and gym. And the shuttles were very unreliable, can just no show, and at one point drove right by my husband and kids at a stop. Other than this the actual house is nice and the development is clean. Pool gets super crowded with lots of kids also.

Lovely and clean property! Very comfortable space in lovely neighborhood. Kitchen supplies were somewhat limited for a family of 4. We had to run the dishwasher every day in order to have enough clean dishes and silverware.
