I was surprised by the closeness of the Waffle House. It was virtually blocking any frontal view of the Super 8. Frankly, it was too close. The number of trucks was also a bit of a surprise. But their was room for them in the back lot parking lot. The lines of the lot were not symmetrical. So using the lines drawn while parking was difficult.

Room clerk was rude. Didn't like questions. Tub looked like it had been scrubbed with coffee grounds. Neither tob or sink drain worked very well Carpet worn and stained. No elevator and narrow stairs. Fridge, microwave, and tv availble. Indy is cold in January- how about turning on heat before guests arrive. Not the worst option fot yhe cost. But should be better.

The best part of the stay was that the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel also offered a Good, basic, breakfast. The room, however had some issues: -the TV turned on but would not allow me to access any channels -The sink and bathtub backed up/drained very slowly. -The sink faucet leaked (from the base onto the vanity and onto the floor, - not into the sink) -Both chair surfaces were cloth. They were both pretty soiled. I covered the chairs with a clean towell in order to sit. -Floors needed a good cleaning, my socks picked up a lot of dirt. -Needed some basic maintenance like updated paint, and caulking around the base of the bathtub/shower and sink. -Microwave was on top of the mini fringe but did not fit well - it was off balance.

The place was far better than the Extended Stay we stayed at our first two nights in Indy. It is a little worn down but comfortable. For about half the price of other hotels there, it is worth the money.

The room smelled clean, but it’s really old and just beyond cleaning some things like the grout. It’s kind of gross. Needs new paint everywhere. Some stains on the linens. The chairs were an abomination. We checked for bedbugs and it was clear. We were really only there to sleep. And that was fine. Decided not to shower and do that when we got home. Overall would recommend spending the extra to go somewhere just nicer.

Room was ok, cockroach in the room, filthy fridge, lots of dust, grime on fridge door handle, swivel chair dust stuck to the base, and behind the back rest, bad odour of dampness, looked like water damage from above floor. Discussed with the hotel staff at reception, I removed a cockroach middle of the night, from a pillow. Broken leg on the main table next to the chest of drawers. This was a disgusting experience besides the bed which was comfortable for the time spent there. I will never book a Super 8 again!!!!! I will also provide a complete review with pictures provided of the defective items in detail

I booked 2 nights during DCI competition this past Aug 7&8. The room smelled of cigarettes, sheets were old, carried lint from dryer, towels were stained with something brown, lime buildup on faucet. Bathtub was “bouncy”. Checked out early and stayed one night. I’m having hard time getting refund for one night. I am so upset and will never return.

Rooms were freezing cold when you came in because all appliances and lights were unplugged including the heater. Temp outside was 35. Both beds had stains on comforters. Cigarette burn holes on one. It was a nonsmoking room. No fire alarm, it was riped off the wall with wires dangling. Toilet ran every 15 mins. Thick dust on every nightstand, table base. Never got to watch TV because the fire stick in the room wouldn't work, just kept loading. Not ever staying here again.

If i could give 0 stars we would !! This place is in a terrible location drug deals unsafe. Room was terrible wish i could post pictures of how filthy it was sink did work shower dirty . Very damp musty smelling room. Blow dry end was filthy and cord broken . I could go on and on

It was completely disgusting. Mold everywhere. I stayed here for post op recovery and almost died from an infection caused by the living conditions of the room mold and flith everywhere. The sheets, walls curtain floor/ every inch of that place was filthy. I Would Not Stay Here Again Even If It Was Offered To Me For Free. THE Building Should Be Knocked Down, or turned into an animal shelter 🤔 although that place isnt even suitable for animals. Please Save Your Money And Life And Stay Away.. Unfortunately I Was Forced To Stay Bcuz I Could Not Even Walk Without Assistance.

It was just old. Old cable box on tv- had to ask desk which hdmi to put it on for tv to work. Shower faucet was not secured to tub, screw sticking out that you could be cut on. Bedding was discolored (like bleach stains). Toilet rocked when you sat on it.

Pink stuff on wall by sink, dirty all around the tub, toilet was running tv wouldn’t work. Got transferred to room next door only to have check in lady say you already messed up bed. Yes we unfolded the sheets to look for bedbugs before taking anything out of bags. She continued to say I have to remake beds now . Also was told to give her $60 in deposit if cash we could have back before we left, if card it would be 5-7 days and not to call her & ask about it. Then she said she’d take $40 in cash. Not an experience I want to have again.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is by the interstate and behind a Waffle House. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. It had a strong odor in the rooms because it smelled like it was just cleaned. It went away after awhile. The TV took awhile to figure out but it has a lot of channels. They have a small breakfast of eggo waffles, muffins and cereal. They also had juice, coffee and apples. It was a lot cleaner than other hotels that I have been in. It was very quiet even though it was close to the interstate. I would recommend this Super 8 in the south part of Indy.

Stayed here for two nights to attend a tournament at the Indiana Convention Centre. Great location just off the highway and a short 13 minute drive to the convention Centre. Exceptional value. The check in and customer service cannot be beat. This is a very well managed and run Motel. Will stay here again.

I stayed on the second floor. The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Sheets and towels looked very new. There was a fully stocked breakfast bar. The management was extremely nice. Take the time to look at her beautiful plant traveling all along the boarder of the lobby. Love her landscaping and all the birds she's feeding. Word of advice. Don't park next to the bird feeder!! I was fully satisfied with this establishment.

Had to have the manager come fix the TV. Found 3 bugs on the floor. The light switch didn't work properly. Hardly any water pressure in the sink. Coffee at breakfast was luke warm.
