The house was very clean. Kitchen was well supplied (tons of pots/pans/bowls/crock pot, etc)! Washer/dryer. Golf cart was a huge hit. Fantastic location, closer to the beach but a short drive to the Warf. Close to the neighborhood pool. Great spot in the resort. Would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place for our family vacation. The property was clean when we arrived and was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We were able to walk to the beach and pool ( or take the golf cart because it was more fun!) and fish from the backyard! We could also take the golf cart to the grocery store/ shopping and additional fishing sites. The property manager was very friendly and easy to get ahold of. Definitely recommend!

We have stayed in the area many times, the first time in this condo. This condo is best for small families. The extra bedroom beds are not adult size, twin beds. To difficult to sleep in extra bedroom as there is no ventilation, gets stuffy in there in summer.
