There was hair on floor, glad I had slippers to wear. It was hair on the towels too. And refrigerator didn’t keep my food cold.

The lady working the desk was extremely rude. I was never greeted upon arrival, she was on her phone the entire time. When she did speak to me (which I was unaware of because when I previously thought she was speaking to me she quickly let me know she wasn’t) it was very short. There was no please/thank you etc. There was no toilet paper in our room, when my friend called to let her know she made her walk to the desk to get it, and never spoke to her as she was FaceTiming with someone. She was overall very unprofessional. I did appreciate the comfort of the bed, and renovated bathroom.

This was a great room for the value! clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was very spartan. Also if you're uncomfortable with liminal spaces you might be a bit freaked out by this hallway
