The property felt safe and had ample parking available at no charge. Even covered parking. It was quiet and safe. The hot tub and pool were in good working condition, but such a strange spot to have the pool and hot tub facing the parking garage and entrance/parking area of the hotel so everyone can see the people in the pool and hot tub and vice versa, not much privacy in that regard. The Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the morning breakfast was vast and delicious with many options, and all were made well, didn't taste like any eggs from a carton, all fresh and the hot food was kept hot for guests. My family enjoyed our breakfast and the Staff assisting at breakfast a lot, they all seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and were in good moods. The channels offered were also appreciated, they even had HBO available at no extra charge. Comfortable king bed as well. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Truly excellent hotel! I was blown away by the generous, delicious breakfast, the free-to-use computers with printers in the lobby, the hassle-free, warm and clean pool, hot tub, gym, etc.Soft, luxury sheets and pillows. The pools includes chair lifts for the disabled, which I appreciate as a thoughtful, inclusive attitude and practice that really makes this hotel stand out for me

This place is amazing. The price was great and then all the amenities. Pool, spa, a nice little court yard like area off of the pool. They even had a fire pit going to hang out by. Breakfast and wonderful staff.

We had a great stay at Hyatt House! The location is safe and surrounded by beautiful trees. Parking is free. Their continental breakfast is very good and lots of good options. The breakfast staff and staff at the restaurant (where we had dinner) were very friendly and always smiling. Their chef is really good. My mushroom fettuccine and my son’s hamburger were very delicious. Cocktails were so good as well! My kids really enjoyed the pool, and I got to use the gym which was very cleaned and well maintained. Overall, a fantastic stay at this hotel!

Room was clean, hotel was modern. Pool was super small. Breakfast was sub-par. The foods didn't taste good and seemed to be very cheap. The air conditioner for the building is above the portico so avoid a room there. It was quite loud.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! BED BUGS ALL OVER MY LEGS AT 5 AM!! I HAVE VIDEO AND PHOTO EVIDEMCE!!! I complained the ac had issues during our stay, they blew me off even after physically telling front desk in person they didnt fix it until 2 days later. 2 Days. I have video evidence as I was recording everything in the room for safekeeping while I was out. Even a message to their rotten "consumeraffairs@hyatt.com" email I have yet to hear back from, due diligence in vain. My bed linen had a Brown streak on it, it turns out, as I have photo evidence as proof, I will include in this review if allowed, and I found my legs covered in bed bugs in the early morning at 5am, the first night. I reported it to front desk IN PERSON the NEXT DAY, on 10/9 at 8am-9am to GISELLE, front desk staff, SHE LOOKED HALF ASLEEP and nodded, said something inaudible and went back to answering the phone. At checkout the GM Robert was inexplicably rude and unwelcoming to hear my experiemce so I couldnt explain anything. He did NOT allow me. As my video I recorded on my phone shows, he pushed my luggage cart outside and said we're done, we're done. For no apparent reason. Before refunding ONLY 1 NIGHT. 1 NIGHT. I was calm and didnt say a word, as my recording shows. THE WHOLE TIME. This RUNDOWN, DARE I SAY HOTEL, should be SHUT DOWN. I WILL REPORT THE BED BUGS INCIDENT TO FTC, www.atg.wa.gov AND BBB WITH GRADE F !!! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!!!

Upon check in, Mila, was as rude as possible No Hello, just , you are in the wrong hotel. She didn't even know our name. I showed her my hotel.com invoice. She said oh you are the McDonalds. Nope. She charged us incorrectly, It was a mess. The room was fine. When I pulled back the spread I noticed the sheets had a cringe stain on them. I put down a towel and slept on that. I hoped the housekeeper would notice and change the sheets. Nope, just pulled the spread over my towel sandwich. I would have left her a note but there was no paper or pen in the room. The food was fine. Not great but bland. The coffee was terrible. But, free parking and free breakfast so not all bad.

Recently I stayed there and it was a bad experience for me and family. Blankets and bed sheets were very old and lots of disgusting stains on it . Also there were lots of hair on the couch that has not been vacuumed. Never recommended especially if you have children

This was a pretty expensive stay for what it was. Old property with old bedding and decor. Parking in the garage we thought was way too expensive for being a guest at the hotel. Customer service was very to the point, no help with bags or even instructions on where to go or where gym/pool was located. The whole stay was very bland and nothing special.

Perfect spot for a family trip. We has a suite that included a bedroom for me and my husband with a sofa bed for our adult son. Lots of space and the complimentary breakfast was great. We’ll be back. 10/10 recommend

I stayed in room 214, and it was the worst sleep I’ve had in my life! The furnace sounded like a diesel engine, and every time it ran I woke up. I stayed here 5 years ago and it wasn’t so bad, but now I feel like it’s a different hotel. My favorite is the free parking.

Customer service there was so bad and the manger was so rude. We had one towel in our room to share for the whole weekend. I had to call and ask for more towels the person on the phone actually asked I I wanted to come down and get them. First of all when you see that the customer books a room for two days with two people, they should have had more then one towel in their. The fridge made noise all night. The worst part was the customer service!!

Traveled from the east coast so there was a 3 hour time change. We called after receiving our rental car around 1030am to inquire about an early check in since check in wasn’t till 3 and we were tired from the travel and they were able to accommodate us with an early check in. Staff was very friendly.

Our family went to a Mariner’s game and stayed here. The location was convenient and the staff was wonderful. The room was very comfortable and spacious. I ended up not feeling well the next morning and they let us stay after checkout until I was well enough to go. Amazing hospitality! Thank you!

I really loved the staff here, the gentleman that checked us in was so nice, but we mentioned that we were celebrating a bday and he actually remembered when he saw us again. The staff was really nice and that goes for the front desk, housekeeping, the people in the dining hall, everybody was so nice to all of us!

The staff at the hotel cancelled our reservation and left us stranded in Seattle. Our flight was moved due to weather and we left a day later. I called the hotel letting them know the situation. They promised our room would be ready when we arrived. They instead gave our room away and tried to deny any responsibility. After realizing it was 100% their fault they move with very little urgency to rectify the situation. They wasted nearly two hours of our time to help us find a room. Hotels.com who we booked for was very little help and didn't do anything to help at all. They didn't do anything to help us that we didn't do for ourselves, and then rolled over for Hyatt. I am definitely twice before using either again.

The gentleman that checked us in was great. Very friendly and efficient. We had a problem with the tv in our room when we first arrived. No one seemed to know how to fix it, but the problem resolved itself. We had a room at the very end of the hallway and the road noise was very loud. It even woke me up a few times during our stay. Probably the most annoying thing, though, was that the housekeeping staff attempted to enter our room 3 separate times the morning we were checking out. The first time they woke us up. The last time she made a comment about how the computer showed that we had already checked out. It that were the case, then correct it after the first attempt when you realized we were still there. After we finally left (a full hour before the required check out time), I tried to call the front desk and let them know that we had left and what had happened, but no one answered the phone.

My husband was rushed to an emergency room the night before our stay and as soon as we could contact the hotel we did, informing them that our trip had to be cancelled. The staff member was rude and combative when we asked if a manager was available. Never experienced such poor customer service at a Hyatt.

It is next to bus transit which made getting to downtown easy; however, it took 3 different buses to return bc the drivers had mixed opinions on if they stopped where we got on. It’s the Eastgate park and ride in Bellevue, NOT the Bellevue Transit Center.

The hotel was easy check in. Expected a king room and got a surprise with a suite with mini kitchen. Eastgate bus station is behind the hotel, easy 20 min ride downtown. Other reviews had me worried about transient zombies but it had to be competitors reviews. This is near a highway but the neighborhood and property are well kept. Breakfast included, all staff were friendly. Downtown Seattle is sketchy, this was a better option.

Came and stayed here for a concert in Seattle. Was way cheaper than anything in downtown and was super easy to jump on I-90 and get to downtown. Will definitely stay here for any other upcoming trips for events.
