Stayed 1 night

The staff member there when we checked in was...not the nicest, definitely told us there were NO PETS ALLOWED & NO SMOKING OR VAPING. Could have been an off day, who knows. Room was dirty. We stay in alot of hotels. So you get used to pulling the bedding up to check for who knows what. And it looks like they have never changed the cover over the mattress..it was stained. Had multiple different specs of mystery and it was to the point where I almost said f it. There was a huge spider in the window by the air conditioner. Parking was fine, couldnt park in the rear of the hotel as its a work parking lot. Air conditioner is the save all to why we ended up staying anyway. Breakfast was there, waffle maker cereal, some others. It was close to a few different walking distance things like the hotel with a casino. A Waterpark and some sort of mini golf/fun center thing! ( didnt check it out) Overall, it was a cheap hotel and you could tell why.

The AC was working but unfortunately we were not told how to use it and the room kept getting hot and cold hot and cold but finally they did come up and fix it for us the staff I have definitely seen better when we checked in he acted like he was doing us a favor and it would be nice to be able to understand the people that either work or own the hotel we definitely would not stay there again it was very poorly run and I made this reservation about 3 weeks in advance if not longer and unfortunately when we check in he said because of her so busy we have to put you up on the third floor which has no elevator in the hotel so for older people in their eighties I thought that was very careless

There was black mold in the ac unit, not much variety outside of waffles for breakfast, lots of people smoking marijuana in the hotel, strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. Not a good environment and will not be recommending to others and will not be returning. Would like a refund.

Staff was pleasant, but the place is dated, and worn. Maybe it had been a long while since, but our room had been smoked in at some point. Other "spice" smells filled our end of the floor,. The air conditioner sounded like a B-17.
