Northia Luxury Villas. Is such a great spot for a peaceful holiday. They are modern, spacious and extremely well kept with private pools. We have just stayed here for 5 nights as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 boys) and were gutted to leave after such a fantastic stay. The hosts and maintenance staff are great and always helpful if you need anything and Air conditioning throughout. It really has everything you need and a short trip into Oia but far enough to be away from the crowds. The Yard coffee house is just a 10 minute walk away where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner which can also be delivered to the villa. If you're looking to book, don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed! 5*

The white wall by the pool makes it feel like you are right at the water but you are not. The picture of the couple on the balcony is deceiving too. Close to blue dome is not true. You are 10 mins away in a car or ATV. You are not walking distance to anything, it is on the other side of OIA. Other than that, it was beautiful. Everything is new. They responded to concerns right away. Friendly and clean. Only issue, this place is isolated! But I would recommend it if you do not want to be in the center of town or near too many people. The decor is beautiful.

Our stay here was wonderful. It was such an amazing little place as our headquarters while in Santorini. I would not say this place is conveniently located because it’s still a length walk to anything, but Santorini is very spread out and it is much easier to get around when you have your own transportation. I would highly recommend this place for sure!
