We had the most amazing time at this place! It was perfect for our group, with plenty of space and all the amenities we could need. The location is spectacular and the house was clean and comfortable. I really hope we have the chance to come back in the future!

If you are coming to Newport, Narragansett, URI or any other place in RI- STAY HERE!! The photos you see online are no joke. The house is REALLY that spectacular. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for folks to spread out or come together to enjoy each others company. The rooms were all different layouts and the bathrooms accommodated all sorts of families- tub for the kiddos and a walk in shower on the first floor for the elder folks in your party. The kitchen had anything you could need, the fire pit perfect for making s’mores and during the middle of May take one day and wake up about 5:15 and by 5:30 the whole house is bathed in a golden hue from the most beautiful sunrise!! If this house is available - Stay Here! Matt - Thank you again!!!

Our group of seven had an amazing stay for our annual girls weekend! The house was beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was great. We loved taking the short ride to Newport and also exploring Jamestown. Matt was super responsive when we had questions. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved staying here! It was clean, spacious, & had beautiful views. Loved the location, you're close to everything, including the bridge, which you cannot hear from inside the house. We would definitely come back! It was perfect for our group of 5, but could comfortably sleep at least 8-10.
