Average hotel, I went there for the pool but the pool is not in operation, I don't know why because the pool looks nice and clean, how come they don't open the pool in the middle of summer. Also, the room doesn't have shampoo or any other things but a soap bar. Very simple breakfast, just cakes. Other than that, room is clean and everything looks fine. Place us quiet and I had a good sleep.

The establishment had fake advertisement, when you arrive in the room there is a list of items that are supposed to be available ( table settings for 4, pots & pans etc) .. I had to go downstairs and ask not to mention the attendant had to go search for stuff to give me 2x forks a pot and pan is what I received!!! Made it hard and inconvenient to provide a meal for my family .. pool closed .. entire room smelled like a casino but it’s a non-smoking establishment!!

We stayed 2 nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. We had our grandkids in tow so we were hoping to cook a bit in the room and use the pool. The pool was shut down and my understanding is that it has been down for some time. This property offers nothing extra and I mean nothing. The property was equipped with a kitchen. The burners do not heat up properly and the kitchen area was filthy, as well as the windows also. When we went to use the kitchen there was not one thing in there to use. No cups, plates, silverware etc. There was no shampoo in the room. We had to go down to the desk and ask for everything. It was ridiculous. The breakfast was a joke. Coffee, hot water, yogurt if you asked for it, instant oatmeal. No fruit, juice or anything else. Also, no where to eat it so we had to cart everything back to the room. We asked to speak to the manager and he was supposed to call but of course never did. I do not recommend this hotel

This proptery when walking in has a foul Oder and yellow walls. The room itself was worse, the fridge was rusty and had dents all over it. The bathroom was left unclean, the walls were dirty and the smell had a musty and cigarette smell to it even though smoking is not permitted.

Blanket had stains, bed was making me itchy, room smells like mold, towels had an insect, Hallway is dirty, lobby had leaks on the ceiling the floor was all flooded and they just put towels and bins to catch the water. Would not stay here again.

Upon entering the room it had an unusual odor. There was pubic hair still in the tub area and on the toilet seat. The comforter on the bed had brown stains on it. Will not return if visiting in that area.

The room wasn’t cleaned. There was a dirty wash rag dangling from the shower head, the toilet bowl needed to be scrubbed of poop particles, the toilet paper needed to be refilled. But, the price was right and the location was good as far as nearby food and amenities.

The bathtub liked like no one had used it in months. Lots of dirt and dust in the tub. No cups do me to rinse it out. Had to use a towel after I turned on the shower for quite some to rinse it out. I should have taken a picture of it. Did not think about it until asking for a picture.

Facility is very dirty. The shower had so many hairs in it. I couldn’t even count the toilet gets clogged every five seconds even when using flushable wipes the manager called me while out saying that we are being kicked out because of the toilet one night there was roaches wouldn’t recommend staying here. Nice area with good food but rooms are filth and management is not good. There was a leak in room 315. I am in room 415 so I’m pretty sure there are the ones that clogged our toilet but we are the ones being blamed for it not OK.

I did not check in. The worst reception she rejected my stay because I had expired drivers license and had renewal proof on email shown to her after all my paid stay could not be refunded nor honor my stay. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone very poor service.

At checking in I asked the gentleman at the desk what was the latest time to check out he said 12:00. The following morning a lady came banging at my door it was about 10:40 she then proceeded to open the door and yelled for us to get out because it was passed out check out time, I told her the gentleman has said 12 noon she yelled NO that’s not correct check out is now! I told her I would get up and get ready to leave. I did not see her face or catch her name as I was still in bed. I let the lady at the desk know about the incident at check out she said she would tell the gentleman not to be saying check out was at12 I asked her if his done it before she smiled and said yes it’s not the first time. As for the rude lady that opened my door and yelled at me, she could have confronted the situation in a more professional and a lower tone of voice and not by screaming to get out.

It was a very bad experience. I booked a total of 7 nights. On the first night, I checked in and entered the room. However, I felt unsafe. I went downstairs and asked the staff if I could check out and have money for the remaining 6 days. He said yes. I went to check out during the day of the next day. At that time, it was another staff member. I asked her to check out. Then she said she didn't know. She needed to ask her manager. Now, a week has been without reply and there has been no refund. I booked for 7 days and only stayed for one night. I will never come to this hotel again, and I will never recommend anyone to come to this hotel.

This is the 2nd. time I stay in this hotel. The Front Manager, I do apologize, her name starts with a M. was AWESOME!! She remembered me from my 1st stay in the Hotel, last year with my little girl. The room was clean, smelled nice. I recommend this establishment, 100%

I would have expected the room to be stocked with kitchen items, dish soap, etc however we needed to go to the front desk to get anything we needed. They wouldn’t drop anything off at our room. Kids in room above us ran and jumped in the middle of the night. Heavy pot smell throughout the night. Air conditioner made terrible noise every time it started or stopped. The area in general did not feel safe although it was convenient. Worried our car would be broken into. Did the job but not a great experience.

The rooms do not have any things. Coffe or tea or etc... they are put a kitchen in the rooms but even not have glasses for drink water. Do not forget take shampoo with your self for shower. The hotel is not deserve the price. Breakfast is terrible. I do not recommend breakfast. Do not pay exstra for breakfast.
