This is a wonderful property. Away from the noise & traffic of the city but in a convenient place for golf and visiting Zion’s. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a microwave and refrigerator. The jacuzzi in the pool area is therapeutically warm, but not so hot that your skin turns bright red. The pool area is clean and kept well. The breakfast is hearty and delicious with plenty of options. I highly recommend. We will be staying here again.

Very neat and clean. Friendly employees. Used the fitness room and was disappointed there were no wipes to clean the equip after usage. And no towels, either. Excellent restaurant next door, maybe they could do a promotion together? Mgr or owner or both came around at the breakfast area and greeted each customer!

The hotel staff was friendly, room was clean & the beds comfortable. However, we could hear every word the very large family next door said late at night & early in the morning. That wasn’t great. The pool & hot tub need repairs, and the pool needed cleaning (lots of hair in it). We were there for 3 days, and there wasn’t any clean pool towels, and dirty ones were laying around. Pool bathroom out of toilet paper and paper towels, so clearly that area is not cleaned & maintained each day. B’fast was decent, with a basic selection. Limited options if you are dairy free (we have 1 in our family that is dairy free, and we bring food, but it would be nice if there was something besides sausage that was DF.) The eating area has plenty of seating, and the manager was working hard cleaning tables as people left. Location is convenient off of the freeway.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was so sweet, and helpful. The room was not clean. At first glance it seemed fine but the bathroom floor was filthy. There was pee all around the toilet. My grandson ran his hand along the headboard and covered the bed with dust. And the second day we were not allowed towels. They didn’t have any washed sorry. The sweet lady at the front desk became uninterested in helping us or making our stay “comfortable “ any more.

The staff was friendly but the cleanliness was below pre-COVID standards. There were pee splatters on the toilet seat from the people before us and what looked like makeup all over the shower. The curtain had blood or rust looking stains on the inside. I went to call the front desk for clorox wipes and the phone had hair and earwax on it. There was hair all over. Honestly, if the sheets werent spotless, I would not have stayed.

Horrible room. I have been to a lot of hotels including Holiday Inns. The room was atrocious. It clearly was not cleaned thoroughly. The HVAC system had a horrendous smell of wet dog. I was in a room that animals are allowed to stay in. I have slept in many of these and this room was awful. I left two days early because I could not sleep and/or relax in the room. Breakfast was the typical type. Everything was good except the biscuit and gravy. The gravy was awful. Biscuit tasted good. The coffee was watered down. I will never stay at this hotel again. I am very disappointed with Holiday Inn. I chose them based on past experiences. I doubt I can trust them again.

This place was pretty good. Second time we have stayed here. I think the late check out is a bonus but the housekeeping kept coming back regardless. I also believe that the cleanliness could have been better. There was a few hairs in the sheets of one bed; which is inevitable at times but still saw 1 or 2. I also saw an empty soda can under the bed (it was not completely under since there is just a ledge). I think in the future it would be nice to have a cleaner bed and floor. Overall I would come again.

My sheets were clearly not changed after the last guest. Full of small hairs, black debris, and smelled faintly of an older man. If I wanted to stay in dirty old man sheets, I would have saved my money and stayed at grandpas house down the road. There is also a stain in the carpet that doesn’t even look like it’s been attempted to be cleaned.

We were just stopping through for the night and found this hotel. The young man at the front desk was super friendly and accomodating. When we got into our room the tv remote was saying it needed new batteries, so I called down to the front desk to see if they had some and he ran them right up to the room. Check in went smooth, beds were comfortable, they had cookies in the lobby for you. It would have been nice if the fridge had been plugged in and cold when we got there, but otherwise everything was good. This area is still developing so there aren't a lot of restaurants around - the restaurant/bar nearby was only open for bar and karaoke - the kitchen wasn't open.
