The hotel is centrally located. It is very close to I-95 as well as shops, restaurants, and attractions. The front desk staff were very nice as well as helpful, especially Cary. The rooms were clean and in good condition. The pool was also very nice. It is a good place to stay.

Do not stay here! Smelt so bad literally came home the next day wreaking of mildew. There shuttle driver wasn’t pleasant to deal with either. I was in the wrong location and our whole ride back he was saying that he was waiting “two hours for me” and took multiple trips (I only waited 30 mins and stood where the hotel told me) but also why is he complaining about doing his job?? Maybe get a different job if your mad you had to drive and you drive a shuttle. I had no issues with the front desk and really appericate them accommodating me with early check in. Just wish this place didn’t smell so bad it would be a good location.

The front desk staff was great, especially since we arrived after 1am. The area seemed fine, commercial but safe. The problem was that the floors in to room were all sticky- bathroom through the carpet in the room. Bedding seemed clean and the mattresses were comfortable, but everything else could do with a deep clean.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Ft. Lauderdale over Mother’s Day weekend! The room was impressively spacious and spotless, which made the entire stay feel even more relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby every night. One of the small touches I truly appreciated was their use of Dove products for body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion. It felt like a step above the usual hotel toiletries. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, making check-in and any questions I had a breeze. The location was also perfect, not far from I-95, which made getting back to Orlando super easy. Plus, it was just a short drive to Hollywood Beach, which was my main reason for choosing this area. Overall, I would definitely book with them again. Great value, great location, and a comfortable, clean stay!

The room was a good size, but it was extremely outdated. The decor itself was dull and left the room feeling unwelcoming. We didnt have any shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the shower. The bathroom looked like it needed to be cleaned a little more. The noise coming from the street was terrible and didnt slow down. Their elevator barely worked and had trouble opening and closing.

Tyrone was a great employee. Kat was great at the bar. Very helpful and honest. The last night a wallet was stolen and recovered by staff. 900$ was stolen. After filing a police report and watching cameras they "coincidentally " didn't work for the time frame it was recovered. It was obvious several staff members were in this together. Multiple lies and deception. Waited for the GM and never showed up. Outside of the theft we did enjoy two of the staff members

I arrived half an hour prior to check in, told the room would be ready in 10 minutes. I waited in the lobby for 30 mins before approaching the desk again. Was then told it would be another 5 minutes and to go sit outside and I would be called when it was ready. 2 hours went by, now 5pm and I approached the desk. The staff had changed shifts and no one knew what was going on, waited another half hour before the room was ready. The serving staff in the lounge was rude, but the food was good. Seemed staff were overworked and in an upset mood. The tv remote would only work within 4 ft of the tv. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because of the airport shuttle. I put my name on the list for the shuttle to return to the airport. As the shuttle pulled up to the front we were told it isn’t leaving anymore and I should have had another plan. I had to rent an uber to get back to the airport.

Upon arrival on time, we were told their was a wait for check in as rooms were not ready. We were told we were being placed on a list where our friend was told it would be 5 mins. It took them 45 mins to get us a room and 2.5 hours for our friend to get his room, past check in time! There were no bars or restaurants open at the time to get something to bide our time. As we got our rooms late we went for a later dinner at the restaurant (750p) only to be told they close at 8pm. I understand Sunday hours but your restaurant was only open 5-8 all day? They accomodated us even though we were told repeatedly the server and cook were unhappy and had to be back at work at 6am the next day after already starting their shift today at 6am. The hotel is overworking their staff at the cost to their customers. Would not stay again.

Great experience here....both shuttle rides to and from airport quick, clean and drivers were friendly and conscientious! Marsha at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was immaculate! Hot Tub and pool were clean and wonderful after a long flight. Checkout was seamless. Gentleman that checked us out was also friendly and very helpful!!

The property is conveniently located nextto a petrol/gas station with a mini mart so it was handy for getting drinks and snacks. There is a McDonald's and a Denny's diner across the road too as well as a tiny Colombian coffee shope next to the petril station. There is nothing else within walking distance as there are no pavements/sidewalks and main motorways nearby. Around the hotel is an indistrial area so not much to see or do. However there are plenty of places you can visit by uber or taxi, like Dania Pointe, Dania Beach and Las Olas, all a short distance away by car. The Fort Lauderdale airport is jist a short distance away, around 15 minutes by car. The hotel itself is ok for 1 or 2 nights, nothing wrong with it but nothing special either. The pool is nice and there's a restaurant and bar downstairs. The free airport shuttle was a big plus for me as i was travelling alone with my son. I'd stay again if i was travelling from Fort Lauderdale airport but this would not be my first choice for a family holiday.

The hotel was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor pool had a small waterfall and it was a very cozy area to relax in. There are limited dining options without a car but the hotel does offer a nice dining area for meals and breakfast was delicious. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel.

We waited 1.5 hours for the shuttle (and contacted the property 4 times..) We finally arrived after 8 pm and were informed that the water would be turned off at 9 pm. We were not able to shower, flush the toilet, or brush our teeth, which was difficult after a long day of flying. It was off until at least 1 am, but was back when we got up in the morning. They did not offer any bottled water, discount, or other compensation for this. They also drained the hot tub in the morning for repairs…. The staff were kind and helpful, considering the circumstances, and did allow us to check out a little late without penalty. Management should have been more aware and on top of this situation.
