The lady at the front desk (owner/manager?) was quite friendly and accommodating. The property is very rundown. It desperately needs painting and refurbishing in general. The lighting is dismal, thus adding to the negative overall feel of the room. However, the bed was comfortable. It appears that this property serves both longterm and short-term guests, as there were indications that folks were living there (children’s toys, strollers, etc).

The property surroundings were very quiet. Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and tended to all our needs. They allow pets. Rooms are spaciousness. Amazing view of the mountains in the back.

Staff tries very hard, but motel is well overpriced and in poor condition. Rooms are clean but very rundown. For example, although clean, the towels are stained, and the door needs paint. The bottom level is low income apartments. There was no problem with these neighbors, but The property was generally dirty and disorganized. The backside of the property has cabins that I believe house the staff and there are old machines, play, toys, etc. littering the grounds. All in all, it was the most expensive hotel I have stayed in that had the poorest conditions. This was due to the fact that there are limited places to go. I am not sure where the money goes. It certainly isn’t into the property. The staff was gracious and diligent, but it cannot make up for the poor conditions. I don’t recommend anyone stay here. If need be, drive 26 miles north to Franconia and Littleton for more suitable accommodations.

The room was filthy. TV only had 1 working channel (the Catholic Network) black mold in the cabinets and floor grout in bathroom. Free continual breakfast was non-existent (hotel said it was due to covid heath concerns) building was in major disrepair such as lots of peeling paint, broken security lights unmowed lawn, abandoned tires in parking lot. Bed only had 2 top sheets no fitted sheets . Mattresses and pillows were old and worn out. Overall the faculty was disgusting. Expedia.com should be embarrassed to even offer this location

Overall, the facility was what I was expecting for an inexpensive stay. People hanging around certain rooms, as if they live there, permanently. Though they were quiet and kept to themselves. I was annoyed because I wanted one of the beds changed, because of an odor. I mentioned it to the cleaner, yet it wasn’t done. Also, the bathroom door was closed when I entered the room. Upon opening the door, the room smelled of mildew. After running the bathroom fan for a while, either the odor went away or I became used to it. Beside these idiosyncrasies the stay was uneventful.

The room was clean and well stocked with what I needed. The mini fridge worked well to keep my food fresh and the microwave warmed my dinner nicely. It was wonderful to have the Keurig machine for a hot beverage also. The air conditioning/heating in the room worked well and was easy to use. All around, it fit my needs perfectly!

The smoke decter in our room wasnt existsnt. There was none, i could see where it was ripped from the wall. Took a while to check in and was SUPER frustrating and annoying. I truly wouldnt recommend this place at ALL. go somewhere else in the area, this place was unsafe, dirty (walking around in socks they got black), and trying to check in was a nightmare. Plymouth has definitely gone down hill and gotten worse because this place was horrid. It advertises breakfast but in the lobby it says they wont have it due to covid, which might be understandable, if it wasnt advertised we would get it. Not worth the price or hastle. I truly do NOT recommend staying here

It was a place to sleep for 1 night. Got in late and left early. Bed was comfortable, check in for a motel was standard. Very good place to stay for quick overnight or if you are away for most of the day. Room was spacious as well which is good with extra ski gear.

Overall I had a great experience, albeit the unpleasant smell the room has. The manager here is very kind. He allowed me to check in early, gave me some water when I asked, and others. His kindness helped my trip, thought to be quite hectic, become smoother. The facility is not new, so it’s understandable that amenities maybe somewhat limited. But the bed, pillow, floor, and towels are clean. That’s what matters. I stayed in the back, which faces a green belt, and that helps ventilate some air. The only thing I disliked was there was a strong odor in the room, not sure why.
