Room was clean but small. The balcony had hard chairs with a small table. Some rooms had coffee machines, some had tea kettles. Restaurant food was not very good especially for the price. The noise level varies. Was woken up by a car in the street blasting music and it shaking my room at 430am. Random banging and noises all the time. Overall, I would probably not stay here again but it's not bad. Beach is down 2 blocks. Zoo across the street. Plenty of stores and restaurants around.

Liked this stay for the location and amenities. Staff are accessible, friendly and helpful. Parking was sort of a hassle as the valet lot was full; had to find street parking or park in the lot across the street by zoo. That lot is paid (up to 4 hrs), then you’re supposed to be able to add additional hrs remotely via text; however, I never received a text so my ticket ended up lapsing. I had to physically get a new ticket 3x. The elevators are small as well so during peak times the wait can be a bit long. If valet were available, I wouldn’t mind staying again.

Great location, reasonable compared to similar hotels in the area. Still near all the activity of Waikiki but by the zoo so it tends to be quiet.

This is our second time staying here and it is just so easy. I was disappointed that I have not been able to do the lei making class once again. I have to get better at planning a way to get my lei. The location is nice and an easy walk to the beach. Vallet was easy.
