Location isn't in the cleanest or safest. It seemed some people lived there long term. Lots of arguments outside, and even though room was non-smoking it smelled strongly like cigarettes'. We bought a scented candle to mask some of the smell. Only positive was that across the street there was street vendors so it was easy to grab dinner and breakfast if you wanted some authentic Mexican food. They also do have a security guard on premises at night. Room condition was ok, but not nice. I think that the rating on the site is higher then it should be.

Perfect for one or two nights, practical, clean and meets our needs, sound insulation isn't the best, the area didn't feel very safe either, but nowadays in Los Angeles this isn't an isolated problem, room with microwave and a very large minibar, good bed, only the shower is very low, and they don't offer shampoo, just a very small bar of soap. But would stay again.

It was a okay place to sleep in but I was next to a room where they was kids and a dog and you can hear everything that was going on inside the kids the mom yelling at them and when someone from that room came or went out the dog would bark early in the morning, also I was out in a room that has a door inside of the room that I think it’s an easy access to the other room and that was weird, one last thing there wasn’t no shampoo and/or conditioner so I had to wait for my husband to come out of work for me to shower and lastly, the pillows are too stiff I woke up with my neck and shoulders hurting, need better pillows. Other than that it was nice! Thank you for having us there.

The room furnishings were as expected. It seemed to be in the process of upgrading the sink, vanity, microwave oven and television. The bed was very low to the ground and super uncomfortable. My wife and I woke up several times with low back pain. Pretty bad pain in the morning. Too thin of blankets for time of year.

Since this is a two star property, I am not expecting much so I am only going to comment on the things that are different from other Studio 6 properties I have stayed at. 1.) They did not allow us to turn down cleaning services, however, they didn't actually come in to clean. They would take the garbage and maybe change a towel but they didn't make the bed or sweep the floor. 2.) They do not have a hair dryer or any toiletries like shampoo or conditioner 3) They did have bars of soaps but the cleaning staff took it after the first day, so we had to go get new soap 4) Expect to hear people as clear as day through the walls, every conversation, video they watch on their phone or tv show. 5.) the light from the microwave is insanely bright at night, definitely cover it 6) the air conditioner kept stopping randomly with no rhyme or reason, and required being turned off and on again to work. This made the overnights very hot and restless Overall, cleanliness was pretty decent which is all I really ask for at a motel, plus they have a fridge and microwave. There are pictures of a pool on the property but it is not listed in the amenities nor did we actually see it.

Check in is at 3pm and room wasn’t ready til 420 which was a bummer after traveling almost 6 hours. And no manager on site to talk to, we stayed because we were visiting family in the hospital close by or else I would have gone somewhere else we were tired and my mom is handicap so she needed to rest. They could have offered a discount or money back or just another room.

We needed towel. We had to wait and then go ourself to get it. The heater doesn’t work so we had to call the desk and ask for a heater. We had to wait two hours then get it ourself. We needed another pillow and had to get it ourself. They had no hairdryers. No shampoo and one coffee for two adults. When we asked for another coffee we were told we had to wait until after 10:30.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We were in town for a family party and based on the rating we decided on this hotel....there rating should be a 2. Theres a security at check-in but Im not sure what hes job duties entail. We checked in pretty late but at 2am there was a group of people outside just talking outside our room with no respect for others. I had to ask them to be quite and take into consideration it is late and people are sleeping. Again at 4am there was another 2 women outside our room talking and my husband had to tell them to please refrain from talking outside. Again not sure why theres security if you as a guest in the hotel have to play security. Then to top it off at 9am there was a man outside with a leaf blower so called cleaning the property but it was more than obvious it was to wake up people to make sure they check out on time because the leaf blower was being used outside the rooms and not the actual hotel. AGAIN NEVER EVER would I recommend staying here!

Noisy, unsafe neighborhoods, homeless in the area. Big size room . Location was close proximity to our event but area wasn’t great. Good price but I don’t think I’ll return to this neighborhood for safety issues.
