LOVE THE LOCATION AND OCEAN VIEW.

Extremely noisy location. Next to a public beach club with very loud music from 11:00 - 18:00 hours. The hotel has it's own music (regetton, not lounge music) trying to bypass the beachclub which only makes it worse. A/C didn't worked initially. The bathroom didn't work either (they both got fixed after a day). One night we didn't had hot water nor fresh towels. The hotel doesn't setup the beach amenities until 12:00 pm (they will say 11:00 am but that's when they begin setting up everything and takes at least an hour) which is frustrating. Your room will get cleaned until 5:00 pm. most of the days. Paid extra for a beachfront room but you can't actually see the beach. On the ground floor you'll get blocked by the palapas. The hotel internet speed is not enough to even stream from the hotel TV. I would definitely not recommed staying at this hotel. Despite all the problems I faced, I never sawed a manager around.
