The hotel was great. It was new, clean, had a friendly staff, and was in a great location. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because of the valet parking. The charge was exorbitantly high, at $45 per night, and on the day I left it took 45 minutes from the time I called for my car to the time that it was brought to the front of the hotel. There is parking nearby (a couple minute walk) that is cheaper and free on the weekends. I would definitely recommend this option to anyone staying at the JW Marriott Reston Station.

Incredible staff and top notch service. Clean, courteous, and caring. Not to mention beautiful interior, excellent food, and a convenient valet service all right by the metro to get into the city.

Check in front struggled with group infront of us One person only ? Food (chicken wrap) was insanely salty Door to room would not close all the way Caused delay in leaving the room
