No free breakfast as advertised. Hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke in front of my NON SMOKING ROOM. I was supposed to pay according to my reservation about $440 for 4 nights. The charged my $650.00 for 3 nughts after the unilaterally dropped the 4th night. This totally ruined my plans to visit the Big Apple. I left after one night and went some place else. They still owe me $15.00 for the breakfast I had to buy, since they renigged on the advertised free breakfast. The room itself was OK.

No alarm clock, telephone stopped working, safe had no power inoperable, no hair dryer, shower wouldn’t work both times had to have staff come to room and they banged on the wall yanking the dial to get it working. TV had to have staff come to reset it. Photos show Continental breakfast but not offered. Staff were annoyed with me over repeated calls to them (from my cell since room phone NG. Stay away from this place at all costs.

TV didn’t work, employee came up plugged and non plugged a bit agreed with us it didn’t work a d left. There was maybe a 1/4 roll of toilet tissue in the bathroom and the extra roll that was left was already already 3/4 used. Not 1 hand towel at the sink. The drain was missing so you couldn’t fill the sink. We were told breakfast included. Area was closed. Went to check out sign said returning In 10 minutes came back in 20 still nobody left the key with a cleaning lady.

The room we stayed in appeared very run down. There were cracks in the walls, the bathroom mirror had a huge crack. When we picked up the mattress to check for bedbugs we found an old package of tortillas and some coupons. The sheets were dirty. There was no breakfast or coffee as advertised. That was the reason I picked the hotel in the first place.

Grounds kept nice. The building is in disrepair and should be completely remodeled. Terrible experience. The place was completely filthy. Do not sleep here. Underneath the mattress was grains of rice, dirt, and other unidentifiable mess. Their was a huge dead roach behind the night stand. The door was not secure to the wall. The room smelled horrible. I transfered to another room. It was better in comparison. I did have to lay a towel in the tub to take a shower. It was very run down. The pictures on the website ate very misleading.

Property was old. Buildings were falling apart. The floor in the room was dirty and cold. The tub was disgusting. Didnt even shower while i was there. Sheets were dirty as well. The place needs a serious update. The only good thing was the convenience of a supermarket across the street and several takeout places to choose from

My only problem was housekeeping. Snot from other guests nose. Filthy tub. It needed to be cleaned with a scrubbie. A rag or sponge would never work. On the wall by the bed and night stand was where a prior guest carved square little boxes and other designs in the wall.Curtins were handling of the rod. The lamp on the desk had a brand new lamp shade and a old cracked up yellow dirty dusty shade. The tv was at the very least 30 years old. You had to do everything by hand the remote control was use less. You had to do the volume and on and off by hand and you had to go close to the tv to change the channels with the remote. The counter in the bathroon says Huntington Country inn and it 1970's style with a dirty old and faded mirror with sections faded black ⚫️. It is like putting a dress on a farm pig 🐖. A new bead spread and and new Curtins do not make the room renovated. Old broken desk furniture and a dirty filthy 1970's old Couch on the cement in the parking lot. I think you should rent a dumpster and clean up. Your Motel has great bones and great potential. What I will say is your Travel Lodge is way better then most other Travel Lodges I have been to. The man was very nice and friendly and the place was quiet 🤫. But in your office area you should invest in lowver doors for the doorway and remove the tacky sheet that has turned yellow from being up so long. Shower was broken, only hot water was working. Furniture was dirty and front of the building big pile of tree leaves were sitting which seems that they have not been swept for a long time. Bed sheets and blanket were dirty and wrinkled and not been ironed. Staff wasn’t cooperative but dismissive. I have pictures taken as an evidence. I can provide if requested.

Really bad place to stay, full of bed bugs. Reached late and crashed on first night. Asked to change the room, but another one too full of bugs, I guess management just dont care about it. Bed sheets were full of bug kill burns and holes, management didnt care to change and buy new one to replace it with new fresh ones. Locks on the rooms using cards could deny you entry anytime. Got fresh card every day and had to keep trying to enter rooms for like 5 times and only one attempt would work. Bed hurts and no comfort of good comfortable sleep with no comforters. Cold below freezing temperatures and just a mattress protector given for you to protect from cold. Old kind of 90s manual room heaters would either make you feel living in heated desert or starting AC would send you to north pole.

Run down and dirty. Definitely not a place to stay. Looks like at some point it was ok. But not anymore!!!. Definitely not worth the price. Ended up not staying worst part is they wouldn't refund the money. Carpets were not clean. The bedding was so thin and stained you could see the burn holes in the mattress and on the furniture. The mini fridge was disgusting. The walls where marked up. Cant even describe the smell. If your looking for an affordable, decent place to rest for the night this place definitely is not recommended!

Pros - bed was actually comfortable and ac worked fine Cons - property wasn't locked so anyone could access floor. carpet seemed like it was from the 70s with all accompanying stains did not want to walk barefoot. no mattress pad, stained bedding. couldn't close 'freezer' due to covered in ice, peeling wall paper and holes. shower was a jacoozi which meant to tall for my fiance to get in or workers to clean (when i got the shower on a few debris from previous guests floated to the drain). also soap residue from where previous guest left bar of soap wasn't cleaned. only given 2 towels and 1 wash cloth, 1 of which i found hair and blood stains (likely from shaving nick not like it was used to adress an actual wound). Overall it feels like management is trying to get by with the bare minimum and their idea of what's acceptable is far away from my own. The kind of place where there's a port which a motel would usually use for guest to leave their car to check in/out but it was occupied by the same car when i checked in vs when I checked out so strongly suspect the owner/management uses it for personal parking.

Th place was very old and not kept up very well. The room was dark, dreary, old broken furniture and drawers. Old dirty carpet not cleaned. Cigarette burn in carpet by bed. The room was non smoking!!.Bad wall paper falling down, stapled back on the wall. Patches of paint on wall, It was dirty smelling even outside the area smelled. Customer Rep at check in I believe was same at checkout. He was difficult to understand, NOT personable at all. We actually USED the room between 1130 pm to 8 am and couldn’t get out of there fast enough for me!!

Had one bath towel and one towel for the floor one roll of toilet paper. No garbage can in the whole entire room. I called to the front desk could not get the TV working. Told him I would like a garbage can and two more pillows we’re only given two pillows on a king size bed. Gentlemen came over right away fix the TV did not bring the pillows did not bring garbage can or more toilet paper three days later I received the garbage can and more toilet paper. Not a good experience at all, especially for the money that was paid.

Have had multiple good stays here in the past but accidentally booked the wrong date for this trip and the hotel did absolutely NOTHING to help. Directed me to go to hotels.com to get a refund, but they were unable to contact the hotel to get the refund! A good place to stay as long as you don’t mistakenly book the wrong date……..

A bare bones large hotel/motel. Adequate for an overnight stay in the area. The desk clerk was polite and helpful. For some reason, there were several additional-to-the-usual forms to fill out; a card with name address telephone #,along with a two page agreement to sign and initial. Not troublesome, just unusual. I told the clerk I wasn't there to buy the place. I'd stay there again if I needed to visit, and the rate was, these days, reasonable. .

The location was good for us but the service was terrible. The staff never welcomed us, didn't get up - just pushed an index card under the glass window for us to fill out. Their were no pillows on the bed, we had to go back and ask for them and they gave us 2 of the flattest pillows I ever saw. No fitted sheet on the bed - they used a flat sheet that just kept bunching up - cigarette holes in sheets and the TV didn't work the whole stay. We went to the office 2 more times and got no help. Towels were yellowed and stained. It was all so disappointing to say the least

Had a great stay…only tiny issue was that there were loiterers around the property at times. Generally i felt safe, but there were a few instances I was unsure of my safety until I got to my room. I assumed they were guests, but I’m pretty sure they were just there to get away from the attention of the turnpike.

Needs a bit of updating/renovation. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. I like that the hotel and its parking areas are spacious. I like the quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff is helpful. I would definitely stay again.
