Stayed 1 night

Let me start by saying the hotel was what should be expected for such a small town where it is literally the only hotel available. It's an aging property that's showing its age. For example, our room was clean and functional. But the sink was cracked from end to end (although it still held water). There is no elevator to get to the second floor. And (this was the most critical detail we didn't know) there are no ride share services available. We were just stopping over on Amtrak to spend the night before continuing our travels. But there was no way to get from the train station to the hotel! Thankfully, we were able to catch a ride with someone at the station who lived in town. If you're just driving through and need to stop for the night to break up your travels, this is a good value for the price. Otherwise, it might be best to continue to another larger town.

The young ladies at the desk were friendly and welcoming. They were interested in why I was visiting and we had a very pleasant conversation while I was checking in. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was very close to the event venue.

Nice place. I would stay there again. It was a little far from our trip destination, but, worth the drive.

Walked in the door to be overwhelmed with the smell of marijuana and dogs barking loud in the room next to us. Then, the TV remote didn't work. Front desk staff tried to help but wasn't successful. We probably won't be returning.
