Alot of negative reviews, some dead on,some with unrealistic expectations. My wife and I stayed one night. Room was reasonably clean etc. It has a balcony, kinda nice but where it shines is location. Nice Publix in center, which makes a big convenience plus, easy accessibility and at night,i saw someone patrolling the parking lot( just a little add on) I would stay there again, no problem. Breakfast was iffy but there but nice conveeient location etc, where

Beds were comfy, keurig machine was nice. The complimentary iron and board came in handy. The pool looked nice but we didn't go in. The biggest negative was the lack of water pressure in the bathroom sink.

The whole Hotel need a complete renovation, everything need repairs, Elevator, the bathrooms, the bathroom was not completely clean, with a lot of hair around, and the cherry of the cake was a Cockroach in one of the bed. Terrible, I’m extremely tired of always try to paid for a good hotel, with good reviews, and & $160 per night to dealing with all this issues. I don’t understand why this is happening…

I’ve stayed at other Holiday Inn locations before, but this experience was disappointing. The bathtub was peeling, with visible discoloration that made it look unclean. The carpet and air conditioning had a musty smell, likely due to excess humidity. The room only had two towels, which was inconvenient, and overall, the space felt very outdated. The shower curtain was also loose and didn’t stay in place. Additionally, the hallway leading to the elevator had a very strong smell of marijuana, which was unpleasant and unprofessional for a hotel environment. This location definitely needs better maintenance and stricter cleanliness and safety standards.

On a 7 night stay, we didn’t get housekeeping until day 4 despite talking to 3 staff that made note to ensure it happened when it was missed. Additionally let the virtual attendant know. Despite all of this, housekeeping was still missed. Bathroom did not have a fan so it became extremely moist with even the quickest shower. Some staff were helpful, others were rude and short despite us being pleasant the entire time. The facility had an air of just being poorly managed in general. Location was great for our event, but wouldn’t recommend staying unless it’s just for a single night stopover.

Reserved 2 queen bed room. At registration the guy at the desk appeared new want sure how to work computer to search reservation, so what seemed to be a manager came out of the back and helped him. There was nobody else in line and took about 25 minutes to get room key, also on the paperwork it said 2 double beds. I let him know double beds are smaller than queens and the manager said not in hotels they are the same. Now i carry a tape measure in my truck i checked 54", the next night stayed at different hotel with queen beds measured and sure enough 60". Just supply the service that was paid for, don\'t make up info just to get someone to quit talking. Disappointing stay.

The night time receptionist ask the security guard to check for an empty room, and he found one with no elevator access . I had a lot of luggage, which made this inconvenient for me going up the stairs. The room they gave me was dusty and fill will cob webs , my allergies started affecting me. There was no more room available for them to switch . Bad experience would not recommend this hotel .

My stay was great, the staff greeted me as i walked in, the check in was swift, the room was clean, and comfortable. The only down side was by parking in the rear, i had to walk in the entrance road to the strip mall located in the rear of the hotel. There was not sidewalk to travel on, nor were there any directions from the staff other than how to get to the second floor. Other than that a very enjoyable stay and wpuld stay there again if the opportunity ever comes up

Our family reserved 2 rooms. The first room was ok but the a/c didn't work well. It wasn't very cool. Yhe second room had wet carpet with a blower/dryer. It smelled musty. Due to a child being highly allergic to mold, I requested another room. The 3rd room they gave us hadn't been cleaned yet. We were given a 4th room and was great. The breakfast had a lot of options, but they ran out of almost everything. The hotel is older but it's been remodeled. It could be good, but I think they need to work on their management. These were all issues that could easily be resolved to make it a better experience.

The check-in process and check out process was smooth and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. As far as the room the TV had something wrong with it there was a blue tint to it in the picture was very dark but we weren't really there to watch TV, the air conditioner was an old style wall mounted unit and it did fine as far as Cooling. The bed was fairly comfortable but this is a personal choice. The breakfast was okay and had a decent selection. Overall I would stay again but there are better choices.
