The staff was great! I wanted a room on a higher floor and they went right to work to see if they could accommodate - and they did! Rooms are clean and modern. Good laugh at the old school iPod alarm clocks - but really who cares about the alarm clock?! Bathrooms sparkling clean! Towels soft. Beds comfortable nice sheets. Best part of our visit was our evening swim in the heated indoor pool! And a fantastic jacuzzi! The pool is big! Didn’t get a chance to eat in the restaurant - but anytime I passed it - heard laughter - so that is a good sign! Enjoyed my morning cup of Starbucks (not complimentary) in the lobby - comfortable chairs and aesthetically pleasing. The only flaw is their lobby is like a block away from parking - good laugh with my son on architecture - lol! But our stay was great. Oh - I do have one improvement they could think about updating their televisions to allow guests to use their own accounts with net flix or Amazon or whatever - have stayed at quite a few hotels that let me do that - and it’s a really nice feature.

We stayed due to a dance convention nearby. When we got to the room, it was average. We had a lovely view of an overflowing dumpster. The refrigerator felt like a small heater. Drinks came out warmer than they went in. Neither of the phones worked to call the front desk. The room was behind the time. There were Ethernet plugs versus USB cord plugs. Luckily we had a plug with us. The relation of the electrical outlets to anything didn’t make sense. The beds were comfortable.

I liked the staff, and the property is emaculate. I wish there was a microwave and a robe or two inside the room, the microwave is available upon request so no worries there. Other than that place was great and the man that was cleaning staff was an absolute gentleman with him simply asking if we enjoyed our stay while we were leaving in the elevator, he didnt really need to care to ask, and that lind of thing makes me warm inside lol 😀. Thank you Double tree and staff!

my girlfriend and I thought the hotel was excellent. Property was clean. Housekeeping was a little slow to get to the room. Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly. Most importantly the mattress, sheets and couch were all clean and there were no hairs in the MF’kin shower and that makes it all worth it. Go with the King Suite it’s worth it

Just okay- room was clean but noisy- doors are so heavy that people slam them all night. Bed was big and clean but not that comfortable. Bad lighting- bathroom was so bright it burned your eyes and the room was pitch black- need to add some soft lighting in some areas or just in the shower area so you can get around during the night. Breakfast was good- friendly staff.

I booked a one bed king size room online and check in was smooth. I went to see the room after I was checked in and it was a small room with 2 queen size beds. I went back to the front desk and asked why I was given a totally different room then what I booked and she proceeded to tell me that the room l booked was not available. If it wasn’t available then it wouldn’t have allowed me to book the room online. I say that because I tried booking a suite and as soon as I tried to book it , it sold that fast. That tells me that what she told me was incorrect

Staff very friendly and accommodating. The general manager, Lisa, greeted us in the elevator and asked about our stay. She even checked us out so we didn’t have to go to the front desk. Hilton has always been my favorite hotel chain. I was an event planner for many years and Hilton will always be on the top of my list!

Check in was awful. The woman at the front desk couldn’t find our reservation with you and so we went back and forth in the lobby for over an hour at 10Pm with my two, tired small children. This honestly makes me think twice on ever using hotels.com again.

We had an issue with one of the servers one of the nights in the bar and the Manager Tyler recognized and saw the issue prior to even saying anything! He 1000% made it right and made sure we were taken care of!!! Absolutely recommend the hotel and restaurant/bar to anyone staying in the area.

My stay was an overall good experience, housekeeping woke me up twice when they wanted to get in and clean the room prior to me leaving. I had breakfast at the restaurant and the meal was nice, but there was only one other table that my server was taken care of and I waited 15 minutes for a coffee refill that never happened so I went and filled my coffee cup myself from the pot behind the bar. I’m not sure what other responsibilities the server had at that time but it Seems like attending the customers should’ve been a priority.

Computers were down when we checked in. Desk clerk was very rude and wouldn’t let us go to our room until she finally gave in after I asked again. Didn’t offer anything as a courtesy and when another employee suggested they give us a card to get into the room she said that was only for emergencies and that it wasn’t that important to accommodate us or the others waiting.

Excellent stay with teenagers. I had called ahead to ask for a joining room - and when I checked in - that’s exactly what I received! I love when staff goes above and beyond for their clients. Rooms are clean, smell nice - I hate a musty a/c smell - their rooms are always fresh. The cafe for grab and go was perfect - serves a decent cup of Starbucks coffee! The beds - including linens are very comfortable - and although the hotel was sold out - once in the room it is very quiet. The best feature at this hotel is the indoor pool and hot spa. OMG - deliciousness! The pool is BIG! Also - I think it is salt water - none of that toxic chlorine smell on the suits! We ordered from the restaurant to go for breakfast and staff was super friendly and the order came FAST! They seem to have a lively Friday night bar scene - which I worried about the noise - but like I said - once in my room - couldn’t hear a thing! The location is ideal for visiting Compounce Lake. And we have friends in Bristol - which made this hotel ideal. Definitely would stay here again. Oh - and the teens loved the vintage alarm clocks with the iPod plug in - that made them laugh! It made me nostalgic.

I truly can give this a 10/10, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Parking right out front, customer service was excellent and they greet you with a warm cookie. bar/restaurant was great and food was tasty- the bartender is a hard worker and never had you wait a minute on a drink. The room was clean, quiet and bed was very comfortable. the pool/spa was delightful. I attended 90s con and this will always be my hotel for cons ahead!

Had no cable the entire visit. Room was not fully clean upon arrival. Ordered over 100$ of dinner and food was sub par. Some even cold. Breakfast I was charged over 50$ for what most hotels give away for free, while having next to my worst breakfast experience ever. Never got our coffee we asked for 3 times. 1 waffle maker for a whole room of people? I never even got eggs the 30 mins we sat down bc they were “almost ready” i booked Hilton bc of my great experience last month in MA with the indoor water park, but clearly the expectations are different at each property. Will not be back….
