Clean and comfortable budget hotel. Outside needs some serious landscaping and infrastructure attention, including a light pole that looks about ready to fall over. But, for as unimpressive as the exterior was, the interior was decent. Clean public area and rooms, comfortable rooms, decent shower. A nice overnight stay hotel with no frills.

We had an issue with the pet friendly part of our stay but it was resolved conveniently. Property was very clean and great breakfast. They are in the middle of some renovation but had no affect on our stay, they did great with keeping the construction separate from guests. I would stay here again.

There were several things to improve. First of all, there is no elevator and the desk did not even ask me if we wanted to be on 2nd or first floor. They gave us the second floor even though the hotel was EMPTY. My 81-year-old mother wasn't going to climb stairs. Fortunately, they then gave us a 1st floor room. Next, the drink vending machine was empty for our entire stay. The desk clerk didn't seem to have any idea that it was or have anything to say but "sorry". Third, the room did not smell freshly cleaned and the thermostat on the unit didn't work properly as the room was boiling unless we ran the AC. This was winter. Quality left something to be desired

Hotel needs updates. Late Check in was smooth. Friendly front desk. Bed was comfortable. The AC was OLD. It rattled so loud and was musty but it worked. The curtains were very faded, the room smelled musty and the towels had some stains on them. Location felt safe. We ate at the Bob Evans next door so I don’t know how the breakfast was. Idk how this hotel has a 8.5/10 rating. Solid 5/10.

We stayed here for a family weekend getaway. Check -in was quick the lady who assisted with that was polite knowledgeable and welcoming. The rooms were sufficient and clean. Honestly this was probably the best Quality inn I've ever stayed at. I got in late, but the front desk guy was super nice and helpful. Gave me directions on how to get to my room and offered to meet me at the other door with the cart, if i needed it (i didn't, but it was nice of him to offer). My room was around the back of the hotel, which seemed a little sketchy. As a solo female traveler, I debated going to ask if i could have a room where i didn't need to go in that way, but it was already late. Made it in without issue and felt silly the next morning when I saw it was a nice clean area, just not very well lit. The room was clean and smelled fine, refrigerator, microwave, iron and board, coffee pot. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage,

Extremely nice hotel. When I booked thru Expedia, I accidentally booked a room with one bed. I was picking my grandson up at the airport (he is 22 and in the Navy) and when I opened he door, I didn't even walk in, turned around and asked the guy at the front desk if I could please change to a two bed as I am sure he would not enjoy sleeping with his grandma! LOL. He was nice enough but acted like they were so full it was going to almost be impossible. I told him I would pay for an upgrade. He agreed. Told me it would be an extra $50 dollars. His English was so bad, I thought he said an extra $15. Ok, I still paid the $50 (which I thought was very much as the initial room was only $94) When I checked out in the morning, I asked for a receipt and he explained that was not possible but I would get one via email. That did not happen. So, this is a great hotel, just don't accidentally make a mistake on your reservation. The fee to correct is high.

There was a stain on the blanket and my daughter was bitten by a spider in the middle of the night. I booked the Hotels.com and said 3 in the room when booking. Thankful that I did that. When we got to the hotel they said that the room was for two people only and wanted to charge us a fee for having 3. I reminded them that I booked through Hotels and have 3 in my booking. It stopped them from charging me extra.
